Wonderful beach house in gated community of Santa Rosa Villas Estates with views of the Gulf from the second and third level decks. The top floor has a primary king bedroom and bath as well as a daybed with 2 twin mattresses in the primary closet space and a second queen bedroom both with views of the gulf from your bed. The main level has a queen bedroom, and another bedroom with an additional king trundle and twin Murphy bed and main bathroom and living space as well as large well equipped kitchen with 2 dining areas and breakfast bar. There is also an additional queen sofa sleeper w/Serta gel mattress in the living area. The garage is equipped with beach carts, coolers, bicycles, pool and beach toys and beach chairs. There is a pack n play in the master as well for even the smallest beach goer. Follow the beach path just steps away from the beautiful Gulf or visit the private soundside exclusive to the neighborhood where the beach and calmer waters are great for smaller children and also includes a private fishing pier. Guests agree to the guest rental agreement when the reservation is booked. Community pool just one house away. Pet friendly

Perfect location and well kept property, hosts had thought of everything. Everything was well stocked and there were lot of stuff in the garage like bikes, kayaks, etc. Kitchen had all the utensils. The bench front was just across the street. Pensacola Beach is only 3 miles away. Highly recommend.

Nice house and quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay if you want to be outside of the busy area but close enough to bike in or drive. The Blue Angels are visible when flying over beach.

Perfect Pensacola Beach Experience

The house is so close to the beach, with beautiful views and everything you could need for a relaxing weekend away. The owners left us a thoughtful basket of snacks and some essentials and they were incredibly responsive. Everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach is stocked in the house, and you can't beat how gorgeous Pensacola Beach is. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wide range of age ranges and with the extra "beach toys"; bicycles and pool accessories everyone had what they needed for walk to the Gulf; Sound and pool and the "toys" they wanted for their water play! Convenient to groceries and shopping was a short drive away.

The host was incredibly welcoming and an excellent communicator. They even left a welcome basket of goodies for us and our puppy, which was such a thoughtful surprise. They responded quickly to every question we had.The house is beautiful and exactly as described. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal there, and I have never stayed in a rental with a kitchen so well equipped. We had everything we could ask for. There were toys, bikes, dog toys, and just about anything you could possibly need. Truly amazing.I will 100% go back if I can.

Fantastic place! Fantastic location! Fantastic owners! My family and I loved our stay here. The house offers more than you could imagine! Amenities galore! Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Quiet and uncrowded beach just across the street and the bay side out back was awesome as well. The owners were absolutely wonderful to answer any questions quickly and provided a very nice welcome basket upon our arrival. 5 out of 5 in every category!

Such a fun time!

So wonderful! Location is great. Hosts have everything you could need for beach and pool and more! My only criticism is we came with 2 families (10 ppl total) and description said 5 bedrooms- 5th bedroom was inside the master closet which didn’t go as planned for our group. If the listing said 4 bedrooms it would’ve helped us plan. We made it work! Had a wonderful time. Sharon and Jim were very responsive with everything.

Hands down the best communication Ive had for a property in my history of using VRBO! They are kind, very responsive and helpful! Plenty of room for everyone, convenient access to the beach, a pool if you desire and room for parking! 10/10 would stay here again (hopefully with a few extra trash bags next time lol). We enjoyed our stay very much. If we needed anything it was taken care of very promptly. The house especially the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals together as a family. The only thing someone might need to know about is the 5th bedroom is in the master closet. It would be great for small children. Great location!

This is our second stay at this house. Both times for a soccer tournament, and the house is amazing. Sharon is a great host and communicator. As long we have tourneys in Pensacola we will stay here. Girls won the tourney as well 🙂

The property was immaculate and easily the most well stocked place we have ever stayed in our 10 + years of vacationing in Pensacola Beach! Easily the most thoughtful host as well with check ins and a welcome basket! We will definitely return! The house sits in perfect placement in a gated community. We fished off of the dock in the sound in the evenings and played on the beach or in the pool during the day. LOVED IT!

Perfect beach house

Attention to detail was amazing. The welcome basket was the first of many extras!!! The house was well furnished including beach chairs, toys, bicycles etc. We were very satisfied and would rent again in a minute. The owner even allowed a late check out since our flights were at 6.
