Perfect place for a relaxing week in Pensacola Beach!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation at Pensacola Beach! We’ve stayed at this unit several times now and it’s always been good to us. This unit is well located (easy 5 minute walk to the gulf beach and the complex is right on the sound) and well appointed with everything we needed for a week! Our kids loved the pool and the complex wasn’t crowded or loud. In the condo, everything worked well and made it very easy to relax and enjoy the stay! We highly recommend this place and would book it again in the future.

Fun time away with family

We had a great stay, less than a 4 minute walk to the gulf side and 1 minute on the other side. Will need a car to access restaurant and shopping areas, but we did have a rental. 40 minute drive to naval museum and we were there to see blue angels practice. 1 hr away from alligator farm.

Perfect for our family vacation!

We’ve stayed at this condo 3 times and it never disappoints. We have 2 kids under 10. Excellent location, easy to get to the beach and the sound side! There were beach toys included that were a hit with the kids. Boardwalk complex has a nice pool. It wasn’t over crowded and it was quiet at night. The condo was perfect, no issues and it’s an easy place to stay! In 3 stays, we haven’t had any issues! We highly recommend this location for stays in Pensacola Beach!

Great condo!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was modern and very nice. I liked that we had covered parking and the car didn’t get too hot. The location was great. A very short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would change is there is no door on the main bathroom.

We enjoyed staying at this property, it was very clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Loved the location - beach across the street, bay in the back of property, swimming pool on property and restaurants, etc... so close. Will definitely come back!

We had difficulty when we arrived. The website does not identify exactly where the condo was located. We were given the wrong address, no name for the community given (Boardwalk), it was about 4:30 when we got the code; which ended up OK since we didn't have the details of the condo mentioned above. Our host apologized for the confusion. The condo itself was very nice for the most part. Things I'd like to mention is bad boards on the 3 decks for our condo. I was concerned with the kids up and down on the stairs and decks; chance of breaking and falling through. The master bedroom was very nice size; the "en suite" had no door on the bathroom; no privacy using the toilet. The flooring did have pretty large holds in some of the tiles. It's best to wear something on your feet to avoid cuts. The kitchen was full of items for cooking, clean up, and seating. The living room was comfortable for our group of 5.

Great location

Only a short walk to the beach in a great location. Condo was very spacious and super clean. The kitchen had everything you would need. The bathroom was stalked with plenty clean towels. Lots of seating outside to relax. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Awesome Girlfriend Getaway!

The condo seemed much larger than the pics on arrival. We all had plenty of room. The decor was lovely. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. If it weren’t for the sand dunes on the gulf side you could stand in the parking lot and see the water on both sides. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the gulf and a 1 minute walk to the sound. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful. We were a 2 minute drive to shops and restaurants. I love how there is no fast food on the island. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean place. Plenty of room for the four of us. Kitchen stocked with what we needed. Big fridge up stairs and mini fridge down stairs. There are a lot of steps but no issue for us. Our kids are 10&12 so they can navigate steps easily. Pier on bay side with fish cleaning station and lights for night fishing. Beach is about a 2 minute walk and easily accessible!

Good Location / Could use a little TLC

The location of this condo is very good, it is walking distance to the beach which is super nice! As a side note, you do have to drive or take the trolley to get to the boardwalk where there are multiple options for restaurants/shopping. Peg Leg Pete's is the only restaurant option that is close walking distance. As far as the condo itself, it can use some TLC. Most things are easily fixable. We were only given 6 bath towels, 1 kitchen towel, and 2 kitchen washcloths for our 6 day stay. This unit sleeps 6 people, so I would think we would be given at least 2 towels per person for our stay. In addition, we were only given 4 trash bags (2 per trash can). Maybe this is typical, but I would think they would have a box of trash bags available for use for this long of a stay. In the upstairs bedrooms, one bedroom door will not unlock and the other one will not lock - which was a little concerning for me. I would also recommend they put pillowcase protectors on their pillows as the actual pillows are a little dingy. I know this is not a hotel, but my expectation at any vacation rental is that it is clean & safe. Overall, our stay was very good - with a few little tweaks, this place is great! I hope this review helps the management staff make a few changes.

This was a great place with a a very convenient location. There is public beach access across the street from the property. The sound is on the other side of the property. Nice pool on the property ( shared by all condos). Owner was responsive to questions. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, pots and pans to cook with. Full size washer and dryer on site. Beds were comfortable. Great place to crash after a day at the beach or exploring. Location is fantastic and there is a trolley that runs on Ft. Pickens road.

Perfect place for kid-friendly stay!

We stayed in this unit last year and returned again this year. This was the perfect place for our family (kids 8 and 5 years old) vacation to Pensacola Beach! It’s a short walk to the gulf side beach and right on the sound side beach. The Boardwalk pool was great too! The trolley stop is basically out front for scenic rides around the island. Our unit was perfect! Everything worked and there was no trouble (appliances, TVs, internet, and A/C). There were some rainy days during our stay, so we did stay inside some and everything worked perfectly (never overloaded the Wi-Fi). The owner is easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Wonderful rental

This was a fantastic place for my wife, two girls, and I to spend a week. It was right across the road from the gulf. We had such a wonderful time and the host could not have been more helpful. Will definitely go back.

Slice of Heaven!

Amazing location, the property was spacious and spotless, with every amenity you can think of! We loved our stay here from the beach just steps away, turquoise water and the bay sunsets just a minute's walk!!! Spectacular views, we saw sea turtles, dolphins, lots of different fish species, and blue Herons, just an amazing place, we will be back for sure!!!
