This brand new condo on our rental program is GORGEOUS! Beautifully decorated and updated with all new stainless steel appliances, brand new walk in shower in the Master Bathroom and all new furnishings.

Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use.

Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

Bedding is King, Full and Sleeper Sofa.

Beautiful unit and property

We love Pensacola Beach and will definitely rent this unit again! It was beautiful and completely updated, classy and comfortable. It had everything we needed and we love the location of the beautiful views of the ocean and bay from the 16th floor and the quiet of the beach. Portifino is a great complex!

Everything about this condo was definitely a five star. Beautifully updated and decorated to a T I will definitely be renting this condo again next summer thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful beach home!!!

The condo was nicely updated and decorated. The location was perfect for both beach and bay access. That being said the condo needed a deep clean - the master bathroom had mold. The kitchen was missing items - specifically Tupperware. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would re book in the future.

Beautiful unit, very thoughtfully stocked

I’ve stayed at 15 or so different Portofino units over the last decade and this one was by far the nicest - although I miss the sq ft of a 3 bd. Obviously the updated decor is a major plus but big difference for me was the smaller details that sadly have been very neglected at Portofino in recent years. Seemingly simple things like matching and quality kitchenware with anything and everything you could need, quality linens and pillows, functioning cleaning supplies to combat all the sand three kids track in, the wine cooler and wet bar, thoughtfully placed charging stations and extra storage. It was just a very comfortable and refreshing stay that didn’t require us to make do, or run to the store for something. We will certainly be looking to stay in this unit again or a 3 bd by this owner. One thing I was surprised by was the removal of a private toilet in the master. An interior designer was clearly consulted in the remodel so I would think that would be a must in a rental. Otherwise.- best 2bd rm at Portofino, hands down.

Easy breezy

Beautiful condo with views of both the bay and the gulf. Property owner communicated efficiently. We were somewhat unsure of checkout procedures and there was one small incident at checkin that the resort quickly resolved. Would stay at this condo again.
