Phoenix 10 Unit #813...You will absolutely love the location of this condo! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath gulf-font condo is located directly on the ocean and steps away from the famous Flora-Bama!

The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. We have a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! There is plenty of seating at the bar and in the dining area for your family. And, the living room has lots of seating and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment!

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two full-sized beds and the third bedroom has a queen. Everything you'll need for a fabulous vacation!

The views from this balcony are fantastic! There is access to the balcony from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Imagine waking up to that view every morning! Enjoy it while sipping your coffee in the morning or an evening glass of wine. That's what it's all about!

The view was beautiful from this room. The condo was nice but the pools were freezing. We expected the outdoor pool to be cold since it was very early in the year but the indoor pool was very cold. We were traveling with young grandchildren so the pool was important. We addressed it with the front desk but did not get much resolved and it did not get any warmer the whole week we were there. We have stayed at other Phoenix locations and the indoor pool has been very comfortable there. We also went up to our room while we left our belongings at the pool area and they moved all of our belongings from the chairs and through them all in a pile by the trash can. I had prescription glasses in my beach bag along with other items that they should not have moved. I guess they did not want us holding chairs but we weren't gone that long and their were other chairs available. I feel like they should jave left our stuff alone and just said something to us when we came back. I did not think it was that big of a deal. The condo was nice but will probably not rent again for the reasons mentioned above. Thank you.

Everything was as advertised. Host was great with communication. Had some issues with washer but this is expected with wear and tear on appliances. Master sink had some kind of spill or something in it that had hardened and needs to be addressed but it was otherwise clean. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful view! Was exactly as described. It was nice to have a recliner and very comfortable couch, bed was also comfortable as I have a bad back so it was important factor for me so I was cofortable and even stayed an extra night which never happens as Im normally miserable after 2 nights. Felt like home, made me want to move here. The property manager Melissa was awesome also, super fast with response when we needed her. Highly recommend and we will stay here again.

Phoenix X is our favorite spot because it is right next door to Flora Bama and we can just walk to enjoy the music. The condo was accommodating with all amenities except beach toys for the kids. We left the ones we bought so the next guests could enjoy them. The place was clean. This is our second year at Phoenix X. We love it

Great location, a lot of space for the price

The location, right next door to the Florabama, was amazing. We could walk on the beach back and forth several times a day to hear some great music and have a few drinks. The place was large. But definitely getting a little shabby. The master bedroom floor is cracked. The beds are mattress only, not box spring, so not comfortable. The sheets could be upgraded.

Great stay in Orange Beach

Unit was kept up well and was accurately represented. Start-up quantities of consumables were a kind touch. Communication was excellent. Proximity to the elevators was a plus.
