This incredible efficiency condo, perfectly designed for couples or a small growing family seeking comfort, convenience and a touch of luxury. Located in the West building, this walk-in entry level unit features a keyless entry, giving you effortless access with no waiting on elevators- just arrive and relax! The spacious studio floor plan offers a comfortable Queen bed along with a sleeper sofa in the living area, making it ideal for both sleeping and lounging. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and includes both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, so your morning routine is always just the way you like it. The large spa-like bathroom boasts a refreshing walk-in shower, adding to the condo's thoughtfully designed luxury feel throughout. Step right off your private patio onto the pool deck and enjoy direct access to the boardwalk & beach.
Stay active and energized at SeaSpray's well equipped fitness center, soothe those muscles in the hot tub or make a splash & cool off in one of our 3 refreshing pools. Pools are open daily from 9am until dusk. With a traffic controlled pedestrian walkway you can enjoy a game of tennis/pickleball, kayak rack and propane grill house right across the street at our Riverside building while exploring the well-maintained landscaping with an evening walk on the boat dock.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking). Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee is $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.
Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

We so enjoyed our stay at Our Little Gem. Great space for 2 and so convenient to pool and beach. Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, and couch and chair were great to set on and watch TV or out patio door to pool area.

Incredible Long Weekend!!!!

From the moment we arrived to the time we left - our stay was wonderful. The Property Managers were so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to assure our stay was GREAT!! The property was well maintained and our condo was clean and well equipped. We definitely would stay at SeaSpray and in this condo again. To top this all off - Perdido Key is absolutely beautiful! Not cluttered with too many hotels/condos - etc. LOVED IT ALL!!! Thank you!

Definitely a GEM!

This Condo!! AMAZING! Step out your door and you are literally feet from the pool and ocean. The condo grounds are well kept. The place was clean and had all the amenities of home! We loved our stay here and hope to return!

Great studio condo

Great condo for two. It was right outside the pool which was nice. I heard it could be a bit noisy but we were there after school was back in session so that was not an issue. Only hang up was the keys were very difficult to unlock the locks. After that issue we primarily used the sliding glass door since we were on the ground floor. Very nice place and would recommend for any couple wanting to get away.

Overall great stay

This was an overall great stay. This condo is right by the pool and steps away from the beach which is a big plus for us. The unit is fresh, newly renovated, and clean. Bottom floor so we didn't have to deal with elevators. The only thing that needs to be cleaned better is the washing machine and dryer need a good cleaning. We had trouble with the key and lock all week trying to get back into the condo, it needs to be replaced. We contacted maintenance and they came by and greased it for us. I would recommend a complete change out. The electricity went out once which prompted the generator to come on for a few hours. It's located right beside this unit so it sounds like an airplane is in your unit, very loud. But I would rather have electricity and deal with the noise. We locked ourselves out of the unit one evening (dumb move on our behalf) and had to pay $69 to have maintenance come and let us in our room. Which is understandable since he was already at home for the day. I just want everyone to know the what if's. We did have trouble with parking. The parking lot is small and sometimes coming back in the evening there would not be any parking and not sure where to go from there, finally parking in a non-parking spot. The beach is more private and not crowded. With the few issues, this was a fun trip and we did enjoy our stay.

Get away

The place was new nice, clean and had everything we needed for my husband and I. The only problem we had was because it’s on the first floor, I believe there was a family of 11 on the second floor and I really think they was up all night jumping and running around. We really try to look at it as everyone is on vacation but really just have a little respect.

We stayed in this condo last year, too, and it was just as great this year. Very clean, and while small, has everything you need, including full kitchen and laundry units. It can get a little loud with the pool right there, but we bring sound machines and have no issues. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Still our favorite studio condo!

We returned this week after our stay in April and will definitely be back again in April 2023. Literally 30 steps from our vehicle.. 10 steps from thr pool, and 15 steps to the short boardwalk. Ideal place to stay...perfect for a couple or small family! Property is well-maintained, so quiet and convenient to all our favorite restaurants and places zo go! A definitely 5 star!

Beautiful place! We will return!

Condo itself was perfect and beautifully decorated. The property was kept clean. It’s a great area if you like staying in a quiet atmosphere. The only thing I’d like for owners to know is that the bath towels etc be replaced. The sliding door near bed wasn’t locking (this studio is ground level with pool right outside of sliding doors), (noticed it asap during check in), I went to office to let them know, it took 3 days before maintenance showed up. The only thing we could do for safety reasons was to scoot the patio furniture up against it. All in all, we wouldn’t hesitate renting again! Thank you!

Wonderful!

Perfect condo for my husband and me. It was clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen is well-stocked with items to cook. A large group of our friends stayed in the same building this week and it was so nice to be right off the pool and so close to the beach. We’re already booked for next year, can’t wait!

Really Nice Studio

Really nice unique upscale studio unit. This location is the best in my opinion, with only one high rise next door, it makes for a lot less crowded beach! I would definitely consider renting this unit again.

Perfect condo for 2

We absolutely LOVED this unit and will definitely be booking future stays here. This is a studio condo and was just PERFECT for my husband and me. The pool was literally 12 steps from our back door, and this was the shortest walk to the beach that we have ever had! The unit has been completely updated and is very tastefully decorated. We'll be back in the fall!

Great little place on the Gulf. We stayed two weeks and it wasn’t too small. Most Of our time is spent on the beach. Great maintenance staff that addressed the problem immediately. Staff was friendly and professional. We will return to SeaSpray again!
