This updated single family home sits on a large lot in the beautiful Sunrunner neighborhood. This home is close to anything you want to do in Pensacola, but is nestled in a quiet family neighborhood. It is close to the airport, I-10, Bay Bluffs Park, and some of the best restaurants in town. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, as well as a sleeper sofa, there is room to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The home has been updated with all new beds, updated kitchen with granite countertops, granite countertops in the bathrooms, and all new furnishings. New Chapter

Wonderful stay!

The house was perfect! I think this was the most comfortable bed I've slept in. The house was very clean, and had all the amenities we could need for four days. It was decorated nice and made for a comfortable and cozy vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay while visiting Pensacola

This was the second time we have stayed at this home. The access to all of the activities in the Pensacola area is the greatest draw. It is very convenient and even though it is in town it is wonderfully quiet and relaxing.

Nice Get-Away

We stayed here for a week while we visited the Pensacola area. The neighborhood was quiet, the back yard was so nice and we used the grill several times. We only had one problem and we contacted the owner and he got on it and took care of it quickly. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was nice and had most of what we needed to fix the food we brought with us. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful! Everything was very clean. All the bedding and towels were very nice. Would highly recommend this home.

Nice place in a good location. Good ac and ample kitchen equipment. Did find about a half cup of old smelly water inside dryer when we opened it. Screen was packed thick with lint. Ran it with dryer sheet only on sanitize and was fine afterwards.

Cozy Home

This was a great clean little home and was stock with everything we needed. Each bathroom had an adorable gift box with nice smelling essentials like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath salts, bar soap etc. and the kitchen had one too with dish taps, dish soap, a sponge etc. The beds were comfy and we slept well. The house has a garage which was available for us to utilize (we were visiting to move our son home from college), we appreciate everything. Thank You!

Wonderful stay

We had traveled thousands of miles & were exhausted. Even though our stay in Pensacola was short, we were able to recover at the cottage. It was quiet & comfortable. The generous kitchen was perfect for cooking our meals. Drinking morning coffee in the backyard area was a perfect way to start the day!

Checking out Pensacola

This was our first stay in Pensacola and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The location made exploring both Pensacola and the surrounding area hassle free. The home had everything we needed for our stay and in an extremely quiet and relaxing location. We definitely will be trying to stay here again when we come back to the Pensacola area.

The cottage was as advertised and quite nice. Only a couple of minor suggestions: leave more shampoo and be sure that the cleaning crew cleans the top of the refrigerator, which was really dirty. Other than that I was very satisfied. Enjoying the spacious and private back yard was a terrific way to end the day with a cocktail!

Perfect and comfortable

This was a great space to stay in north Pensacola. The beach is a bit of a drive, but its easy to get on I-110 to head there. The place is clean, comfortable, and feels spacious for a group of 4-6.
