Dolphina House-East Hill! 9 Miles from Pensacola Beach! Dog Friendly!

Welcome to Dolphina House, conveniently located in Pensacola's most central location, the historic East Hill neighborhood. Minutes from Downtown, the Airport, Shopping, Restaurants, and only 9 Miles to Pensacola Beach's sugar white sands! You're welcome to park your boat at the house, 2 Boat Ramps are less than 5 minutes away. There are 6 Parks close by, one with playground and one with Tennis Courts. Bayview Park is 6 blocks away. It is waterfront and you can rent paddleboards and kayaks to use in the Bayou.

This is a cozy 1930s home with plenty of room for your family. You'll have the whole home except one locked supply closet. Furnished with a King Bed in one bedroom and a Queen bed in the other. There is also a Daybed with trundle (1 Full, 1 Twin) in the sunroom. This is a great space for 2 children to sleep. MAXIMUM occupancy is 6 people, including children and infants. A tankless water heater insures everyone will get a hot shower. Our home is completely sanitized between each guest. You'll have exclusive use of the backyard, patio table with seating.

This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.

We are DOG friendly, no cats (due to allergies). Must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick treatments. Max 2 dogs. $75 per Dog. if 2 dogs a separate fee request will be sent through the platform. Dogs must be crated if you leave them at the house alone. Can not be on our insurance company's "dangerous dogs" list. You must clean up after your dog, and dispose of properly, to avoid additional cleaning fees. We do require pre-approval of pets. IF PLANNING TO BRING A DOG, CONTACT US BEFORE BOOKING.

We are eco-friendly and the house is climate controlled with the Max heat setting of 74 and the Low Cool setting of 72.

Your vacation rental includes: Bath and Bed Linens ~ Bath soap, Shampoo and Conditioner ~ Starter supplies are provided. Supplies provided to get you started include toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, & laundry detergent. Publix Grocery store is within 1 mile for any additional items you may need.

Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. We follow an our cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations. We strongly encourage our guests to buy travel insurance for coverage in the instance that interruptions force your stay to be canceled. Additionally, Florida weather can be unpredictable; in the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we will not grant refunds.

We have the house professionally sprayed for bugs every 6 weeks but this is Florida, and bugs happen. If you leave the doors or windows open bugs, insects and/or wildlife may enter the house. No refunds will be given for any of the above seen inside or outside.

The house was charming, clean, convenient to everything, and exactlyas listed. The beach decor was cute and small touches like a Brita filter and plenty of outdoor seating made the stay easier. The hosts answered questions quickly and efficiently.

Wonderful

We stayed this summer and we booked it for my parents this month. Milli was a huge help! My parents had never rented a vacation home before and were very nervous. Milli was great about communicating with me and was even willing to meet my parents at the house when they arrived to walk them through things to make them feel mor comfortable! Definitely recommend staying here!

Home away from home!

This little house had everything we needed and in a great location. Molly and Doug are very thoughtful and easy to reach! We enjoyed the fenced in back yard for the pups as well! Be aware that the house is “vintage” and some may complain that it’s dated. We loved the homey feel and the pics accurately describe the listing. Also some may care that there are no tvs in the bedrooms. Everything worked as expected and we would definitely stay here again! We loved the binder of recommendations and enjoyed trying many of the hot spots to eat! Thanks again!

Reliably comforting and safe.

This was our second stay at the Dolphina House and we hope to return again on our next trip to Pensacola. Our experience with the owners, property, neighborhood and location has and continues to be exceptional. My wife is in town for a dog agility trial, and the backyard and the doggie blankets provided are great comfort to us and our special friend. The Dolphina never disappoints

Wonderful home, yard, and neighborhood!

I couldn't speak highly enough about this place and location. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet, and always felt very safe. Super convenient to parks, downtown, and the beaches. Perfect for a family

This house is perfect for a family. The neighborhood is quiet and very well-kept. My husband and I ran each morning and never felt alarmed. The house was just as described. It's not too far of a drive to the beach and it was nice to get away from all of the "touristy" traps (even though we are tourists too). This place just felt like home.

Home away from home!

Dolphina House is a great property, conveniently located to Pensacola activities and Pensacola Beach. The home is very comfortable, bright and nicely decorated.
