This 3100 SF condo has endless views of the Intracoastal Waterway from two large north balconies and views of the Gulf of Mexico from the south balcony. The spacious interior has ample room for entertaining and relaxing. The condo has an open, airy floor plan with a large kitchen, dining, and living area. The Master Bedroom is waterfront--awaken to the mystic calm of the Intracoastal Waters. The Master Bath has a soaker tub, a separate shower, and double vanities. Guest bedrooms are split two and two on the east and west sides of the condo. This beautiful condo also features a Children's Nook with two twin beds and a small art table.
