The staff was so friendly and helpful! My dad had to have some accommodations after his surgery and they bent over backwards to help! The manager called and spoke to me directly to help me find a room that was wheelchair accessible. We were so impressed by their impeccable customer service! Most of the staff, at least the front desk staff was excellent. Raveen and Kenneth were always willing to help and cared very much. The lady at breakfast was a little bit rude but breakfast was done very well. Crystal, the head housekeeper was also very willing to help

The property was pretty nice and felt safe. The location of this hotel was perfect for us. There were just a couple of things that I think could be changed. The room layout was a little odd with having the bed right next to the bathroom, and the queen size bed seemed small for two people. The breakfast was okay. There were plenty of varieties to choose from.
