Tropical hideaway in Seville's historic district

Enjoy a tropical hideaway in the heart of the Seville Historic District! Walking distance to 30 different restaurants in Downtown Pensacola, the Pensacola Bay Center, Saenger Theater and Pensacola Little Theater. This carriage house sits behind an 1885 historic home that at one point in its life was used as a catholic nunnery. The carriage house was built in the 1940's by the catholic diocese to be used as their immigration services center. We are the 3rd owner of this historic property. We are proud reveal our latest recreation of this carriage house we call the Tropical Hideaway. Visitors will enjoy private off street gated parking, a unique split level design in a tropical themed atmosphere. The carriage house has a full kitchen, high end furnishings and decor. Alexa actuated lighting, a comfortable queen size memory foam articulating bed upstairs and an antique full size bed, sitting area and laundry facility downstairs. We are located diagonally from the historic Seville Square Park that hosts the annual Seafood festival and Greater Gulf Coast Art Festival. So whether you are wanting to walk to Pensacon, the festivals, the art galleries and museums or if you are here to relax and enjoy the nightlife Pensacola has to offer we hope you find the Tropical Hideaway your go to place to get away from it all! Excellent Weekend Stay
My wife and I stayed for a weekend and enjoyed the eclectic feel of this carriage house. The owners were very accommodating as we arrived a bit earlier than expected. The gated off street parking was a great feature and it is perfectly located to all the good restaurants and shopping on and around Palafox. We highly recommend considering this place for one or two couples.

Perfect location and parking behind secure gate. Easy walk to downtown activities and many great restaurants! Exceptionally clean and cozy. Hosts were wonderful and available for anything needed. Would definitely book again!

This property manager is so good to her renters! We were there during the Gulf Coast Art Festival and she guided us through the arrival each step of the way. The property itself is one of the most interesting and comfortable I've rented. BEST property choice in downtown P'Cola!

Great location close to venue. Close to the water. Didn't make it to the beach.. Walked around the Seville District, great statues and monuments. Great coffee shop Foske, the coffee was excellent and is walking distance. Jazz festival was splendid, African inspired clothing, jewelry, traveling agencies, festival attire,a great networking opportunity and food. Highly recommended, was a pleasant and quaint little town.

Perfect hideaway
Property is a nice place to getaway and relax away from the hustle and bustle. Hosts are nearby and very responsive. This home has a nice mix of historical character and modern technology. Walking distance to restuarants and bars, but securely tucked away from street noise. We really enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Wonderful stay at the Tropical Hideaway
I reserved the Tropical Hideaway for my family, who were coming to Pensacola for a family event. The property was perfect for their stay! The location can't be beat, and my family enjoyed the walkability to Downtown Pensacola and nearby Seville Square. The place is decorated and furnished impeccably, with thoughtful touches and comfortable furniture throughout. Stephanie was a truly outstanding host, going above and beyond to make sure my sister was set up to comfortably work remotely during her stay. The Tropical Hideaway will be at the top of our list next time we are looking for accommodations in Downtown Pensacola!
