When I was at the Day’s inn I went for many walks. When I was walking by the Garbage can there were many plastic bags that had been opened and there garbage everywhere. Also, when I was staying at the Days inn I did not know that they didn’t come in a clean my room everyday. I was told when checking out that you had to call the front desk everyday you wanted the room to be cleaned. I went to the housekeepers to get towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, and coffee. The people last year that running the hotel were warm and friendly. This year no smiles even when I was checking in there no welcome. I’m very disappointed and I will look for a different motel to stay in next year.

Hallways smelled from years of smoking. Toilet paper was cheapest you can get floors slanted from door.to window..Breakfast awful sausages and canned fruit cocktail will not stay at a Days Inn again Pictures on website do not reflect the actual look of the room. Tile grout in shower was filthy. No return stays.for us.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well supplied, even housecoats for us to use! We didn't use the indoor pool but the outdoor pool and area was very clean and welcoming. We would definately stay here again.

Room was dated and had a stale cigarette smell. The outdoor sitting space in the courtyard was unexpected bonus and was a lovely place to sit and have a glass of wine in the evening.

Bang for your buck, wifi is decent too.

Excellent customer service my last few stays, the overall age of the place is dated but accommodating, the beds I’ve slept on have all been relatively moderate in comfort, can see a lot of the rooms have been updated. The only bad experience I had was parking along the fence line had someone dig through my garbage in the back no tools taken cause they were locked up.

Great Penticton stay!

The hotel is well maintained. The newly renovated rooms are great and we loved sitting in the courtyard next to the outdoor pool each evening.
