Having stayed at this facility before, it was our choice for a return visit to Penticton. A walk-in shower room was requested due to mobility issues. Unfortunately the shower was more a hazard than a help. The shower curtain was not long enough to prevent water splashing out. There was no dry place to step out of shower. Definitely a safety risk In a 6 day stay, we had 2 visits from housekeeping. Requests made at the desk for extra towels needed a reminder later in the day. Also requests for toilet paper and Kleenex were made. Unfortunately Room 122 has a waste pipe running in the wall next to the bed. It was disturbing to hear running gushing water at all hours. We appreciated the availability of parking and felt the area was safe.

We enjoyed this hotel. It was clean. The only negative thing I would say is that the hotel staff do not keep an eye on people in the pool area. We were there with two young kids and another family with young kids. We were enjoying the hot tub and pool when a sports team with about 12 to 14 young boys came in. They took over the place jumping into the pool where the little kids were. They were piling into the hot tub and filling it to well over capacity. It ruined the pool for the rest of us. We mentioned it to the staff member at the front desk. They didn't seem to care. For safety reasons they should have definitely stepped it and limited the number of kids allowed in the hot tub and pool area.
