Unique cottage with garden and Private Parking. Just two minute's walk to Mousehole Harbour. The cottage is single-storey, light and bright, with comfortable, stylish furnishings .The sitting room has oak floors, two sofas, smart TV with free Netflix, WiFi, a wood burning stove and free logs for winter evenings. A fully equipped kitchen for those who like cooking, with range cooker, dishwasher, Le Creuset cookware and all the utensils you could wish for. There are two bedrooms - one with two single beds, the other with a luxury kingsize bed (5ft wide) and television. Quality linen and towels are all provided. . Shower room with soft flooring. * Laundry area with a washing machine and electricdrying rack.

Great Property

We had a brilliant stay at the Old Exchange. It is in a lovely location and the parking space is a great bonus. The property was well looked after, decorated nicely and the kitchen was well furnished with everything needed for a self catering stay.

Fantastic Find

My family and I had an amazing stay in Anne's superb cottage. Everything was as explained and the layout of the cottage is super cute but also spacious. Anne was one of the best Host's - so accommodating, friendly and responsive. She really is fantastic. Yes, the parking is a little tricky with a big car but its totally doable and worth it. I would highly recommend the property and the location is perfect! Right in the centre of this beautiful harbour village. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the country again, we would return (If Anne would have us :D!) 10/10 Thank you so much Anne!

Splendid

An extremely comfortable and well-equipped accommodation for a couple. The spare porch room has beds for two more, particularly children. The location is perfect for enjoying Mousehole without being stuck in traffic. Just a short walk to the quay. The parking spot is priceless if you plan to be there a few days. Full-size refrigerator and washing machine. Our weather did not require heat but there were several portable heaters around for chilly days.

Great location with a unique parking space (enough for 2 cars with a squeeze) at the front. The property was clean and well kitted out. Only 1-2 mins walk to the harbour front. The owner was also quick to respond to a query and was helpful. Overall I’d recommend.

Fabulous cottage, cosy and well equipped, boasting invaluable parking space it provides a fantastic base for exploring this part of Cornwall. Lovely touches from the hosts and great communication from them from day 1, will definitely stay again.

Everything you could ask for and more!

Superb holiday home. Really well equipt with everything you could possibly need and more!! The property is thoughtfully decorated with some lovely personal touches. Very comfortable beds. Perfect size for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a dog!! The house is in a perfect location with the bonus of parking. We cant wait to return!

Mousehole Gem

The property was perfect for our holiday this year, close to local amenities, with a parking space and an ideal spot for visiting other local areas. The property was clean, spacious and comfortable - and felt good coming back to after a day out exploring! Would definitely recommend.
