New to holiday letting in 2025, Ligger View is a spacious, detached, 4 bedroom holiday home just a few minutes walk from the high street and Perranporthâs famous, 3 mile long sandy beach!
Low occupancy discount for 5 or less guests on 7 night stays in low season.

Accommodation information
Ligger View is arranged over 2 levels. There is a large entrance hallway leading through to the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. The fully equipped, modern kitchen has everything youâll need for a self catering holiday in Cornwall. There is a double oven and hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, toaster and ample crockery, utensils and cookware. There is access to the rear conservatory and back garden from the kitchen. There is a separate utility room with a large fridge and washing machine, the freezer and tumble dryer are in the garage. A large dining table and chairs can comfortably seat 10 guests. The living room has a flat screen smart TV with the usual streaming apps, 2 large sofas, a chair and coffee table where you can enjoy views of Perranporth village and beach and out to sea! There are patio doors that lead out onto a veranda where is outside seating to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
Two of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor, as is the family bathroom. One bedroom has bunk beds, with a double bottom bunk and a single over and enjoys sea views from the bay window. The other bedroom has a double bed and a door leading into the conservatory and back garden. The spacious family bathroom has a bath tub and separate shower cubicle.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms and fantastic sea views which can be enjoyed from inside or from their own balconies! One of these bedrooms has a king size bed and the other a double and also a small single bed, suitable for a child.
All bed linen and personal towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
Ligger View, Warwick Lodge, Fairlee, Gwel Angarder and Engellie Cottage are all nearby properties & might be suitable to book together with this one and is within a couple of minutes walk.
Outside
To the front of the property is a driveway for up to 3 cars and a lawned garden. There is also a raised veranda with outside seating. At the back, there is a conservatory and an enclosed garden with an additional seating area.
Location
Perranporth village centre is only a minute or two walk away where there is a range of shops, pubs, cafes and restuarants to suit all tastes. Also, within a couple of minutes walk is the boating lake, playing feild with 2 enclosed areas with kids play equipment and tennis courts. The beach is also just a few minutes walk away.
Perranporth is centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steinsâ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
