Scarborough Beach is one of Perth's most popular beaches. Beautiful clean white sand, turquoise water, paddle boarding, swimming, and surf to make all happy. The foreshore is best in Perth, bike and walking paths, thermal heated year round family Scarborough Beach Pool right at the beach. multiple play areas for the kids, beach space always available and you are staying no more than 50 meters from the beach, restaurants, cafes and pubs. When the sun sets over the water, it is one of the best stops in Australia.

You will have access to the entire apartment., a fully equipped kitchen, living area, lounge, bath and laundry plus seating area outside of the apartment and a small Juliette balcony off the master bedroom. The apartment has an electronic lock for the door so no keys to collect. Your access code will come with your check in instructions.

This apartment is located within West Beach Lagoon complex. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed by 14 steps / staircase. There is a designated BBQ area and pool with popular slide for all ages at the complex. Parking is assigned by the apartment number and requires only parking in that marked spot (information to be provided). Parking is assigned to 112 and can be accessed from West Coast Hwy entrance to the complex. Please NOTE: during July and August the pool and bbq area will undergo maintenance programs and may not be available for use.

Only a 50m walking to Scarborough or Brighton beach, only a 5-minute drive to Trigg Beach or bike or rent a scooter, just 15 minutes’ drive to Perth CBD, 30 minutes Fremantle and 40 to the Perth Airport. Hillary's Boat Harbour, Kings Park and Cottesloe Beach only 10 minutes away. West Coast Highway is a major roadway to get connected to all of what the area and Perth has to offer. Bus stops are located only minutes’ walk from the resort on West Coast Highway take the 990 Bus Transperth to travel down Scarborough Beach Road to malls and more restaurants. This apartment sleeps up to 4 people, 2 in the master bedroom and 2 in the 2nd bedroom (2 single beds). This is a lovely family complex. Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's enjoyment. This is a non smoking / vaping and no pets of any kind are allowed in the apartment.
