Enjoyed my stay at the Pan Pacific. Spacious Room, nice bathroom. Mini bar adequately stocked good room service. Choice of restaurants. Meal at UMA restaurant was outstanding. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Valet parking. Really there was nothing not to like. Would defy recommend.

We received a similar upgraded room to our previous visit which was greatly appreciated along with wine and tapas. We could hear people talking in the next room when in our bedroom and also when showering. Fridge wasnt very cold, tv was on a slant, we were watching a movie and kept getting kicked out and had to start from beginning. The room setup isnt user friendly, lounge in an awkward position. The only really good thing was housekeeping do a great job during your stay.
