We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Guests have access to the full home, except for the garage which is not available for guest use.

Access details are provided a few days before arrival once a quick ID and card verification is completed through our guest app. This is similar to hotel check-in and helps us maintain safety and peace of mind for all guests.

From Perth: Approximately 1 hour (85 km) via Kwinana Freeway (State Route 2) and Pinjarra Road.
From Mandurah: A short 20-minute drive (18 km) via Pinjarra Road.
From Pinjarra: Only 10 minutes (10 km) via Pinjarra Road.

From Perth: Take the Mandurah Line train to Mandurah Station (50 minutes), then catch a taxi, Uber, or car hire to South Yunderup (20 minutes).

This is a waterfront home in a natural outdoor environment, so you may occasionally see local wildlife and insects — this is part of the relaxed canal-side setting.

The home is located in a peaceful residential area, so parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.

For safety and property protection, the exterior of the home may be monitored by security cameras and/or a noise monitoring device. There are no devices inside the home.

Pets are welcome. A pet fee applies to cover the additional cleaning and care required to maintain the home to a high standard for all guests. This can be arranged through our guest portal prior to arrival.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability. A cleaner fee of $50 per hour applies.

Base pricing includes up to 8 guests. The home can accommodate up to 8 guests only. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests for accurate pricing.
