whilst room was good sized and well appointed - it could use a refurb, the room was old and tired even when compared to the common hallway on the floor. washing machine didn't work properly which was a let down

Book Direct, it’s cheaper… then you will get what you pay for. The room had all the essentials - but it had unpleasant smell. The body wash ran out, the dispensers at the sink had not been cleaned and there was product buildup caked underneath. The curtains were dirty. Location was great, staff were nice, but only there very limited hours. The pool and gym looked great…

I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT AFTER 6PM WE HAD TO ACCESS THE BUILDING VIA THE UNDERCOVER PARKING INSTEAD OF THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR. THERE WAS A BAD SMELL IN THE ROOM. THE NOISE FROM OTHER APARTMENTS WAS QUITE LOUD VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING

Made it hard to check in and give deposit not enough info was given on where else to check in on the first day. Check in is after 2pm, but reception closes at 12pm. Did message through hotels app, plus after hours mobile, but no answer. Tried calling the next morning, no answer still. Finally received a message plus a phone call. Had to leave an event that I came to Perth to attend to pay drposit and check in, then go back again. Mould on the batroom roof, no drinking glasses and a very wobbly table. Only found the wifi password the day of checkout on a tiney piece of paper. Beds were very comfortable, Hot water and water pressure in shower were great.
