Get what you pay for, not bad but not luxary

The bed was not comfortable and pillows were old, my tv didnt work the 1st night, there wad no shampoo in ky shower nor did it get replace at during my stsy, there were holes in one of my towels. For the price it was what i expected. Front desk day shift were very nice (got my tv fixeecafter 2 attempts with the night staff with no help), friendly people. I'd stay again if the beddiing, tv , mattress and towels were updated.

Overall, the accommodation was very good. What I don't understand is why my credit card was charged $431.96 when my bill which agreed with my booking was $381.96. Why the $50 discrepency?

The Hotel was great, but the first staff member encountered was horrible. This person asked as soon as i stepped through the door, did you use expedia?! I replied yes, then staff member said: I don't know your reservation!! How did this person even know about us using expedia and a few more couples from what i understand!! We sat in the lobby for over an hour until the night shift employee came in and printed our reservation almost immediately! This person was amazing and very apologetic! Other than the ignorant, arrogant employee we had first encountered, our stay was great!

Our first floor room was advertised as having a fridge and microwave. There was neither. There was no hairdryer. There was no phone. There was no coffee pot. The lampshades were burned and torn with missing lightbulbs. The rug was filthy. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. We paid the exact same price for this disgusting room as did our travelling companions, who had a room on the third floor. But worst of all, when we told this to the staff, they said they could do nothing about it "because we had booked through Expedia"! As though Expedia would be happy to know that the room they booked for us was horrid. We asked for the contact information of the Manager who was not on site until Monday. An email was sent to her Tuesday, asking that she confirm receipt of the same. Over a week later, we have not had the courtesy of a reply. It was our worst hotel experience ever.
