Staff was friendly and helpful but our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. They were behind due to a busy weekend which is understandable. I wish we’d gotten a text or email to update us and could have made a stop or two ahead of arrival - but not a huge inconvenience. There was a comfortable separate room across from desk where we watched the football game so we were able to relax while waiting.

We found the hotel to be under maintained. Several examples: crack in room ceiling, missing 2nd hook for towels, volume barely worked on TV, freezer door was missing from room fridge, green line scum around hot tub water level, A/C heat unit need to be on A/C to cool the room when the outside temp was 50f! Things we didn't like: cleanex box had 3 cleanex stuffed in from the top, shower curtain didn't keep water in the shower, so it flooded the bathroom. Things we liked: the beds - very comfortable, the breakfast was as expected.
