The Mitchell Street Townhouses are centrally located for all your vacation needs. City steps a few feet away will take you down to Petoskey's signature waterfront park and break wall. A 15 min walk (0.5mi) will have you in the heart of downtown where you can enjoy all of the shopping and dining our charming town has to offer. Walk, bik or jog the Little Traverse Wheelway that runs from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs. Ski or Snowboard any of the three resorts within 30 minutes of the townhouses. All of your best Northern Michigan vacation memories are within minutes of our front door. We hope you book with us today!

Great location in downtown Petoskey. Gorgeous views of the lake and big balcony. The property was beautifully decorated and clean and worked great for us. Access to the garage was a nice plus! Would stay again

Close to downtown Petoskey, can easily walk to beach and new unit with professional interior decorating and great music technology. Garage space is tight and US 31 is really loud.

This property is fantastic! Very clean and comfortable. Diana is a gem and responded to my questions very quickly and professionally. The views are incredible and only a block away from walking paths and the lake. This was a very pleasant stay.

Petoskey trip

Great host and location. Walked every day into town alongside the water (use the tunnel to avoid crossing the main drag) before heading to Charlevoix and Harbor Springs (both quick drives). The property was wonderful with a nice balcony overlooking the water. We didn’t use the garage, tight turn for a big suv. We parked out front per manager’s advice. Gladly go back!

Beautiful Condo with water view

The condo was beautiful. It had a nice view of the lake and it had everything you would need to have a great stay. A couple things to keep in mind.. it is a townhouse so there are a lot of stairs, someone with disabilities or elderly would have a hard time, I do not remember seeing it in the listing. The garage and parking in general is very tight a jetta barely fit in the garage. It was not a keypad lock so you have to fuss around with a key but that was just a minor thing. Overall I would highly recommend this condo.
