O hotel é antigo, senti falta apenas de tomadas perto das camas. Como o quarto é grande, a única tomada fica longe das camas na parede da janela e mesa para trabalho

Segurança.

Preço exorbitante para o que oferece. Porém amei o atendimento das meninas do café. Também observei que a segurança é comprometida a partir do momento em que chegamos e passamos direto pra o elevador, sem sermos questionados pelos recepcionistas (que mudam de acordo com seus turnos) sobre quem somos, em que quarto estamos hospedados, etc.

Equipe de atendimento excelente. Minhas únicas observações negativas são sobre a cama baixa e e colchão mole e a localização, tão central que parece o Brás ou Madureira. Mas mesmo assim é uma das melhores opções de hospedagem em Petrolina.

MUITO A MELHORAR

Atendimento da recepção muito bom, pessoal educado, atencioso e rápido. Porém o quarto o ar condicionado não gela, a cama não é confortável, o travesseiro estava com mancha, apenas uma toalha no banheiro, não disponibilizam shampoo, condicionador. ELEVADOR dá um tranco na parada de cada andar, não aparenta segurança, e para um elevador essa fator é de fundamental importância.

O único atendente que merece parabéns é JOHN, ele entrou em contato antes oferecendo pacote e procurou resolver todos os meus problemas na estadia! Os outros atendentes pouco se interessavam e nem prestavam informações demonstrando desprezo ao cliente! Petrolina é uma cidade que está cada vez mais se desenvolvendo e merece atendentes mais simpáticos e que interagem de forma melhor com o cliente! Meus parabéns pela estadia são para John!
