I've booked and paid in advance for a room with sea view but instead we got a room that faces the garden. Had to complain with them to get them to change. No big deal except it already ruined my vacation mood. The front desk staff speaks minimum English and the rest of the staff does not speak English at all. Foreigner beware! The room is actually quite nice and big. All basic amenities included. AC working and clean sheets. The beach is poorly maintained. i know the hotel had no control over this but the beach looks totally different from the photos. There are no umbrella or chairs on the beach to relax. The water looks dirty as well. Very disappointed with the beach considered the hotel is already far from Mui Ne. The major downside is that this hotel is very far away. There were nothing to do at night. No restaurants except the hotels. We had a car and drove for 10min and still found nothing except some very small local restaurants. Also the hotel was very noisy, people were singing Karaoke until around 10pm. In my opinion, I would not recommend this hotel because this location offers nothing special. The beach was not "beautiful", the location is horrible. My advice would be book a hotel that is actually in Mui Ne. There at least there are things to do at night. i.e: SPA, bar, restaurants etc...

Quiet good place. Ideal for those looking for me or couple time. Service is not bad. Duty manager can speak English. Pls change the online name to the hotel's new name ASAP. Our viet taxi driver even got lost for about an hour, looking for the hotel! We passed by & missed the hotel as it didnt display TTC Resort. (Duty manager said that its been acquired since 3yrs ago). I honestly chose this hotel compared to other resorts as there's supposed to be buffet breakfast. However, on the 1st day, it was a la carte as there were very few guests. It should be indicated so as to give better option to the visitors. No option to eat nearby outside. My child enjoyed the stay. Generally can recommend.

Don't go there!!!!

Det var med en vis skepsis vi bookede 9 dages ophold pÄ dette hotel, da anmeldelserne var meget blandede, men vi valgte desvÊrre at give det en chance, og det kom vi inderligt til at fortryde. Faktisk sÄ meget, at vi allerede 1. dag besluttede at tage herfra pÄ 3. dagen til trods for vi ikke kunne fÄ nogle af pengene tilbage. VÊrelset var pÊnt rent men meget slidt. Bordene var bulet i laminatet pga fugt, det kunstige lÊder pÄ sengegavlen var krakeleret og faldet af i store flager. Omkring poolen var der mÞgbeskidt, poolen var mÞgbeskidt og der flÞd en lampeskÊrm i vandet med ledningerne hÊngende ud fra undervandslyset. I den ene restaurant der var (og ikke to som i beskrivelsen) havde de kun halvdelen af det, der stod pÄ menukortet, og du kunne sagtens vente 20 minutter inden der kom nogle og tog imod din bestilling, selvom vi var de eneste i restauranten, og der sad 3 tjenere 3 meter vÊk. Pigerne i receptionen virker sure og uhÞflige, og er ikke til megen hjÊlp. Stranden er mÞgbeskidt og bliver ikke rengjort ved hotellet. Der er ingen madrasser pÄ liggestolene. Mens vi var der, brugte de en halv dag pÄ at fÊlde palmer med en motorsav lige ved siden af poolen. OmrÄdet er helt Þde, og der er langt til nÊrmeste sted hvor man kan kÞbe mad eller drikke. Alt i alt kan vi kun anbefale, at man holder sig langt vÊk fra dette hotel.

This resort is good for relaxing purpose!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. During our stay, there were a minor problem about reservation. We booked a Grand Bungalow from hotels.com but when we got there, the resort front desk told us that they has not received any booking reservation for us from hotels.com. Luckily, after showing them all the documents from hotels.com we finally got the Grand Bungalow. However, on the next day we had to move to another room (not bungalow but there is sea view). And we were OK with that. The resort locates about 25km away from the Phan Thiet city center. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, so it is the best for relaxing purpose. Furthermore, next to the resort, there is a small local restaurant called "QuĂĄn QuĂąn" which is very good. The seafood is so fresh with reasonable price. Overall, if you can manage your own transportation, this is a good place to stay with reasonable price range comparing to others around the area.

The hotel is not centrally located but that's how we like it as we have our own means of transport. The villa-rooms with private swimming pool is excellent and the rooms are clean and well presented.The staff are friendly and helpful and being able to speak Vietnamese certainly does make a big difference but in general with patience and understanding will help greatly and don't expect all serving staff to understand everything you are trying to say. Breakfast next to the swimming pool is great and the food is plentiful and fresh. We enjoy our stay and strongly recommend to families with young children for a short stay.

Dejlig villalejlighed med egen pool

Et dejligt sted, lÊkker villa og super lÊkkert med egen pool. Den store fÊlles pool var ogsÄ god. Hotellets restaurant var hyggelig og havde et stort udvalg af retter. Venligt og hjÊlpsomt personale i receptionen og restauranten, skÞnt deres engelsk ikke var super godt. Manglede dog, at der var et minimarked, hvor man kunne kÞbe f.eks. sodavand, chips/slik, mÊlk mm. da der var langt til byen og supermarked. VÊrelset havde en knap, man kunne trykke pÄ med "do not disturb", men det kunne vÊre ligemeget med at aktivere den, da personalet alligevel bankede pÄ om morgenen for at komme ind og gÞre rent, de vidste Äbenbart ikke hvad det betÞd, og det var irriterende.

Desserted beach

The long stretch of the beach look like private beach. Hardly to see people around. Air condition not working in my room, low pressure of water in the afternoon. Staffs are helpful and friendly considering, No well verse in English. I would recommend tho one

Pegasus Hotel - Comfortable but not great

The power was going out constantly through out our 2 night stay. This means the A/C has to be turned on again and the internet was dropping. No one spoke any english so we couldn't get any help with it. The rooms themselves were very comfortable and spacious.

A place to get away... but...

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach. There's little more to do but simply enjoy your surroundings. The staff is wonderful but when there's more than a few guests then the service starts to decline - lots of confusion and running around. A perfect place for a break of less than a week, anything longer and you'll start to seek distrations.
