Our room was not serviced at all. Once they brought us towels but didn’t clean anything. One staff member was so rude and disrespectful when we asked for clean towels. Rooms smelled liked cigarettes and marijuana. No extra cups in the bathroom. No privacy sign for the door. Furniture was not clean. For breakfast they use powdered eggs that taste terrible. Tater tots were barely warm. Limited options, so the breakfast was mediocre at best.

With Covid 19 restrictions and regulations in place we are doing our best with what limited staff we have available. Also working to keep from cross contamination with less service contact. We hope to have a chance to serve you as a guest again in the future.

The room was fine. The rest not so much... The "complementary" grab n go breafast was lacking. Stayed there 4 nights. 3 of thise days there eas almost nothing available for the breakfast. The stafd (all different people) all said that the delivery didnt arrive. For 3 out of days that's not acceptable. Also the towels in the riom had stains on them. When i asked for clean towels, the new batch was even worst. Some of them had brownish/ref stains, and another was just yellow on the outer parts, not sure from what, but bothing Id eant to give my guest. Time for a new order of towels! Couldnt wait for checkout day.
