The front desk employees were always kind. I had 3 separate interactions and every time I was met with kindness and a smile. My room was definitely not clean. Honestly I wanted to switch rooms. Both the bathroom and room were dirty. Even a simple wipe down would have been an improvement. The location is the best! Incredibly walkable. Broad st can be LOUD so be prepared for that. But given the right room the view can be great. It wasn’t during this particular stay, but it was a short stay so I didn’t care this trip. I would stay here again. The employees and location can’t be beat.

Perfect and convenient location! Stayed for one night from 1/20-1/21/2024. Try to request an odd number room, if possible, to have a nice view of the city. Great, helpful staff…..from the front desk to bell service! Megan was knowledgeable and pleasant. Breakfast buffet quality could be improved. Jakob from Hilton was super friendly and professional even, when we told him we were not interested in timeshare. Would stay here again! Keep up the great work☺️
