Second stay at this property. What we like are the location in Center City near Rittenhouse Square, rooms are nice and clean and the parking garage is a major draw so we can park our car and leave it during our stay. Would like to have more coffee supplies in room and, as an older person, I gotta say the toilet is so incredibly low it hurts my knees .

Broken chair and broken table in the suite. TVs had no sound. I called the desk 4 times before someone came to fix the TVs three hours later. Hotel does not restock coffee, creamer or sugar, had to call and ask for more. Hotel required 100 deposit at check-in for any damage to the room. Haven't received that money back yet.
