Hotel was in a very convenient, walkable location for all our plans! The staff were great, and the room was also in perfect condition. The vicinity around the hotel was also clean and felt safe. I would definitely stay here again!

It was in decent condition there was garbage under the bed which I didn’t like because I had my baby son with me who is very curious and actually found it also front desk should be more consistent with the people who are staying there a lot of information wasn’t given to me and I didn’t like that and when I was leaving one elevator was working not cool at all

The entire hotel was frozen I went there for an event and I stayed for two nights my room was so cold even when I turned up the heat and the event we had to keep our jackets on. The second night was worse than the first night my room was freezing so I had to put on my socks on jackets just to sleep

The property was having issues with the water getting hot. Winter time is not the good time for cold water and small kids. The manager was amazing at trying to rectify the issue at hand. The staff were very friendly to hotel guest. I saw several incidents of great customer service. children.
