The check in was quick but it was only 3 people in line at the time. The breakfast was just ok because the bacon was under cooked and the potatoes taste like they were reheated from the day before. My main issue was booking a premium room but there were no snacks provided hence the reason I booked the room in the first place for two teenage boys that I knew would want extra snacks throughout the night. If that’s something that Embassy no longer offers then they should definitely take the photo down instead of false advertising. After several attempts of trying to dial the front desk with a phone that only allowed me to talk on speaker phone at an extremely low volume, I requested an extra blanket and was told that one would be right up from housekeeping…..an hour and a half later after fighting with the phone again I just sent the boys down to the front desk to get one. Although we haven’t stayed at this particular Embassy since before Covid I doubt we’ll be back because it’s been going down hill since then.

Had to wait about 10 minutes on arrival to be assigned room. Then find out assigned room was not made up. So had to return to the desk. Had to wait again to be reassigned another room. Room was good once I get settled. Hot, made to order breakfast was only eggs. They used to include pancakes. Breakfast area wasn't well kept up.

The common area on the entry level was lovely with water features and plants. Quite relaxing. The suite was adequate. Good space. Dated furniture. Clean. You just cannot go wrong with any Hilton affiliated hotels. Awesome staff and service. Very friendly and helpful. Super clean facilities, the personalized Welcome message on the TV screens was excellent service. Just an AWESOME experience.

Airport shuttle never arrived…waited 40min and finally took an uber to get to the property. Property is really dated. Bath sink was clogged, reported it twice and didn’t get solved nor they offered a new room. Will not recommend it. Avoid this location it doesn’t live to Hilton’s standard
