Staff was pleasant. It is unfortunate that unless you are a diamond, gold or silver member, you have to pay for water and breakfast. Those items are included at other Hilton that I have stayed at.

The hotel was neat and clean. I found the staff pleasant. The room did not have any written instructions for the hotel amenities, breakfast time,etc. we do not use scan QR codes. Also coffee creamer in my room was bad, it curdled in my coffee. A maid never came in our room to clean, we stayed for 2 nights and we wanted our room cleaned up. We had no cups or creamer for 2nd day. Did not appreciate only one bottle of water for the room, we had 2 people for 2 nights. Also it should be included in the room. Very disappointed in this hotel, not a usual Hilton experience.

We had 2 rooms. Desk attendant was super nice and helpful. One of our rooms did not have heat - they moved us to a different room. Then that heater stopped working and needed to be reset. My son took a shower and said the water never got past barely lukewarm. For the price of rooms and being a Hilton - little disappointing.
