The property was well kept and very clean. You could see the staff wiping down everything almost all the time. The bathroom in the lobby was exceptionally clean too. Didn't care for the lack of availability of the front desk staff. Even when I tried a couple of times to call them from my room # I found it difficult to get someone to answer the phone. They appeared over-whelmed.

Hotel was awesome Did the 2 beds and pull out couch Bedroom had 2 42 inch TV's 1/2 mile from Sesame Place and Oxford Mall

The bathroom had used soap left in the tub. Tub had a slippery film like someone used bath oil and it wasn’t cleaned. Lights didn’t all work in the room. Couch cushions were ripped. Clock in the room was broken wrong time and could not change it. Fridge was either too cold and everything froze or not cold at all. The only elevator broke. I was on the third floor and have a bad knee so walking up and down 3 flights of stairs multiple times during my 2 nights there was a problem for me. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and will not come back.

I was initially given a room that was not labeled. I was told the plaque had fallen off. After insisting upon getting a new room I had to wait 20 minutes. There was rust around the drain in the bathtub, wallpaper and paint in need of repair in room.
