Great hotel just a unique bathroom setup . Where the tolet and the sink are in 2 different locations in the room Basically 5 feet apart. Instead of being all together. The Breakkfast was very good.

Great location! Quick ride to most areas of interest. Easy area to walk to restaurants, etc. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The street that it enters from at times (later at night) felt a little "sketchy". Felt almost like an alley. Lined with dumpsters at the end of the block. But this would not keep me from returning.

The house keeping staff was amazing. I asked for washcloths and they did not have any. A few hours later the same housekeeper I had asked came to my room with some. That is what great guest service really is, the follow up.

Very beautiful property. Very friendly staff. If you see that there is free breakfast though that is not true. The breakfast buffet is $32 a person. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful Hotel, Forgotten Housekeeping

I loved it at Hyatt Centric. Staff was very nice and I would like to stay there again in the future. I gave fours in my rating because I had to call the front desk about housekeeping, and then spoke to another staff member at around 3 in the afternoon and she called for housekeeping but no one came so I called the front desk again and received housekeeping a few moments later. I just felt a little forgotten regarding housekeeping.

Lack of privacy

The stay was fine but the layout of the room was difficult with teenage children. There was no door to the shower/washroom which made it difficult for privacy. Also, we only had one face towel with a 2 bedroom room.
