Always love staying at this property. Great team, convenient location for what I like to do and lots of dining options close by. My only criticism is the corners and along the baseboards in the lobby appeared very dusty. Probably not that notions I was in hospitality for years and those stand out to me.

A nice but loud hotel

The hotel is well located. The room was spacious and clean though the toiletries were not the best quality. Our room was on the 5th floor and we were woken up by cars playing loud music multiple times between 1 and 4am. The wine hour 5-6pm is a nice touch - however both the white and red wines are almost undrinkable, but there was a rum punch which was good. The hotel is a popular spot for wedding guests - there was a huge very loud crowd in the lobby when we arrived, the person on the front desk had to shout for me to hear them, they should do a better job controlling these crowds. There was also a dog in the room opposite us which barked for a while whenever we walked by. Honestly, I'd recommend spending a little less and staying at the Club Quarters a block up. It was quieter there.

Reception very dark decor, which was same on walk to elevators. Was dismayed to find that the room was also dark. Glad only had one night booked. In terms of service, staff were very friendly but I would not be in a rush to book again

Was very unique, in a great way. One of the most signature hotels I ever been to. Only complaint really was the sliding door for the bathroom, and how I was never able to close the door completely. I understand that’s probably to stop people from smoking in the bathroom but that was the only thing not enjoyable. Fantastic hotel though

Was a pretty mice hotel... Staff was really nice. Valet parking was way pricey. Easy to get to. Didnt care for the class of people there myself, as in other patrons. Dont know jf i would stay again because of that. Everything else was pretty good. Easy place to get to and pretty good neighborhood.

I found the staff, including guest services agent, to be condescending, ill informed, and some of their practices, bordered on, discriminatory. They placed all blame on Expedia, the TP I used to book the trip, despite the bulk of said problems being the Hotels issue.

We absolutely loved our stay at Palomar. The property was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The daily food/beverage plus free breakfast was a nice added touch. If that wasn’t enough the lobby happy hour from 5-6 with free wine/punch and popcorn was delicious and fun! We can’t wait to stay again!

Excellent customer service. Curtain was torn in the main room, and the large jetted tub stopper wouldn’t come up after filling. We had to dig it out with a knife. Have stayed here many times before but unfortunately the customer service far outweighed the facility conditions. Doing “handiwork” interfered with our celebration.
