Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.
Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies :

Upon arriving the unit was very hot, after a quick inspection it was realized that the condenser line to the HVAC system was frosted up with ice, I reached out to the property manager (which seemed to consistently be an automated response) and was told property management addresses orders as they are received and that it could be 24 hours. This would have went into my second night (I was only staying 2 nights). My one night there it was very hot and the unit ran constantly which was very loud. I decided to not stay my second night and asked for some type of refund. After a little back and forth I was given 50% of my second night back, which I didnât think was enough. Also the space was advertised as having a hair dryer which I didnât pack so after my shower I realized there was no hair dryer. I was not happy with my stay or how the HVAC issue was handled or the generic type responses I was receiving from the property manager.
