I understand you get what you pay for and basic was all we needed. But. I do expect at least 2 full size towels, ( there was 1) and i do expect clean floors. We had some ice drop on the floor, so grabbed a towel to wipe it up, and it was black. II realize finding good help is hard and those working, are doing more than their share. Hope you find more help.

Upon arrival and check in everything seemed smooth until I got to my assigned room. When I entered a foul smoke room filled the air and I felt nauseous. I immediately called the operator and complained. She said I'll be right there to confirm. When she arrived, she smelled the foul odor that wreaked my room and immediately reassigned me another room. This time it was much better no foul odors within. Compliments to management. Made my stay very well accommodated. Thank you, Motel 6 King of Prussia.

The room itself was clean and the girl that was working when I checked in around 9pm was nice on the other hand when I got to the 3rd floor all I could smell was marijuana and when I got up in the morning there was no hot water for my shower

The pool was not avaliable and completely closed, even though It said there was a pool. No notice on their website. False advertisement. The room was dirty. My feet turned black from walking around in the room. They obviously have plumbing issues. I had to get a plunger from them twice. Toilet would barely flushed. Every worker I encountered was extremely heloful and nice.
