Getting Around:
Philadelphia, one of the countryâs most walkable cities, is incredibly easy to navigate either by foot or by public transportation. That just leaves one question: Where to park the car?
On-Street Parking
Philadelphia has thousands of metered spots throughout the city, perfect if you only plan to park for an hour or two.
A parking lot across the street charges about $25/day.
Be sure to read all parking signs very carefully before leaving your car to avoid ticketing and towing during hours in which parking may be prohibited.
They are plenty of paid long-term parking options nearby too. A good resource is the online parking locator.
For moving around, you'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations.
Otherwise, we recommend moving around the city using uber or lyft - its fairly affordable & we'd be happy to share discount codes with you!

The apt was great and exactly as advertised. The location is excellent. One should be aware that the bell on Constitution Hall does ring every hour and that there is some ambient light from Constitution Hall. The staff at check in and throughout the visit was great. Parking is extremely easy with a garage directly across Chestnut Street that on the wkd is just 13/day. It is easily accessible and had a 6' 9" height so trucks and SUVs not an issue. The gym was decent but could use some updating. Overall a very nice spot that easily help 6 adults.
Room was not clean on check-in. However, the property manager remedy the situation as soon as they were able. Communication was excellent and they brought snacks a bottle of Prosecco to make up for the inconvenience.
Wonderful; welcoming; convenient to history, restaurants, city sights; and clean.Simon was terrific to work with as host and the staff were friendly, professional, as well as courteous. We appreciate the time and efforts on our behalf. Thank you for a great stay that we hope to repeat soon!
Perfectly located building so close to all the historic locations. The place was super clean and huge.Views from the large windows are outstanding to say the least.
We have stayed at numerous VRBO's over the years, and this was one of the best we have stayed at.
The space was very updated and clean, and the location was perfect to Enjoy this area of the city. As good as the space was, the host service was the best we have ever experienced. Every question or requested we had was answered and delivered in an expediated manner. Top Notch Host!
