SCAM they dont not allow bookings from hotels.com

the hotel receptionist did not allow me to stay there. i had paid the room with my credit card and charged the money for it. he said that this hotel does not have an account with hotels.com and they have not received any money from me. he said someone have made this hotels.com account in their name, as a scam, to collect money. i demand this to be investigated immediately, and i demand full refund immediately!

Scam

Terrible outside to building. I say only that because the manager had rented out the room I booked on this site and I had to wander the streets looking for another place to stay. I e been to 55 countries and booked hundreds of hotels, this is a first.I was told I could pay cash for room next door which I'm sure is same place.

Problème de réservation

Faire attention lors de la réservation,payé une fois en ligne et arrivé a l'hotel,khmer village hotels le réceptioniste m'a dit ne pas avoir reçu le réglement et m'a refait payé 13$ donc deux fois.un peu chère pour une chambre. Sinon la chambre au était propre.mais le matelas etait vraiment dur comme sur une planche.
