Please note: This is a multifamily unit. 8 bedroom house split into multiple units. Each unit has a separate entrance and is completely private. the outdoor area is a shared space

Bedroom 2: Queen bed for a restful night’s sleep and 2 bunk bed, perfect for kids or friends.

Bedroom 3: Queen-sized bunk bed and Full-size bunk bed

Our home is conveniently located near Mesa’s attractions, shopping, and dining spots, making it a perfect base for exploring or simply unwinding in comfort. Ideal for families and groups, this space offers a balanced mix of relaxation and play, ensuring a memorable stay for everyone!



Guest Access:

Everything in the pictures. Due to possible pool construction, the backyard has not been nicely landscaped, and exterior construction might happen during your stay; please ask host. Laundry room and parking is shared with other renters.

It is 5 minutes from major freeways 101 & 60, close to ASU, and less than 1 mile from 24/7 gym, bus stops, international restaurants, grocery stores.



Centrally located, it lies on the borderline of Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Tempe.

20-40 minutes from Phoenix/Glendale.

10-15 minutes from Chandler/Gilbert/Tempe

30 minutes from Apache Junction

20 minutes from South Mountain

We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
