Check out the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, then come back and enjoy the two-story house and newly renovated heated saltwater pool with spa! There are 5 bedrooms, one set up as an office with a daybed, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, 5 smart TVs, a shuffleboard, a pack 'n play and a high chair. Don't forget the backyard retreat with a heated pool, spa, BBQ, firepit and cornhole! Less than 10 minute drive away from Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport and close to many restaurants and shopping. Perfect for families and friends!

Please note that there is a video/audio security camera recording the front entrance of the property. There is also a non-recording noise monitoring device installed on the property.

No smoking and no pets allowed!

No large parties! Small gatherings allowed only upon host pre-approval. (Must agree to additional rules and may incur additional fees.) Please inform host if you plan to have any daytime visitors. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

The pool, aside from during the summer, is always heated to 80 degrees at no extra charge. Do not touch the pool equipment. Do not use the pool and spa during quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Message the host when you'd like the spa heated to100 degrees. Spa mode auto shuts off after 2 hours. Allow up to 30 minutes to heat. Alternatively, the spa can be scheduled ahead of time. Let the host know when you'd like it scheduled on and off. Please note pool maintenance lets themselves in through the side gate for maintenance every Monday and Thursday morning. Pool has a Baja shelf and a max depth of around 5 feet. No diving. Swim at your own risk. Please note the fire feature for the pool is non-operational.

Pool toys and cornhole are stored in the shed in the backyard. Please return after use. Be aware, there are various tiles and other materials stored in the shed. Please use caution when retrieving or returning pool toys or cornhole. Children are not allowed in the shed. Please watch children and keep the shed closed.

Please note: Per manufacturer, the top bunk weight capacity is 200 lb and the bottom bunk weight capacity is 350 lb. There is a queen size tri-fold memory foam floor mattress stored in the bunk bedroom closet for use in the living room.

Landscaping maintenance lets themselves in the side gate for maintenance every other Friday.

Amazing place for a large family getaway!

Met my oldest son and his family, along with friends from Washington in Phoenix for a concert. Decided to make a weekend out of it and this house did not disappoint! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, while the backyard pool and jacuzzi gave us all a place to gather! Pool was heated, The owners were great communicators and heated the jacuzzi whenever we needed. Only took 20 or 30 minutes to heat up and stayed on for as long as we needed. Close to downtown where our concert which was great. We would normally have stayed in Scottsdale, but took a gamble staying here, and it payed off! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Great property for family get togethers

Beautiful property with lots of room for our large family. We enjoyed the hot tub and the host was very responsive to requests to heat it up- we didn't use the pool due to cool and rainy temperatures. We ate most meals on site and the kitchen and coffee set up were amazing. We appreciated the games- the table shuffle board was a huge hit. The location was very close to The Children's Science Museum as well as shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Family winter get away to the sunshine

The home is central to a ton of activities, the neighborhood wasn’t as nice as I was hoping but nothing horrible. The home is much older than I had anticipated, but has been updated still a lot of quirks of an older home. The host was very communicative and was quick to respond which was very helpful! The pool was the best part of the stay the kids loved it.

Overall good stay with some issues

I stayed for two nights and had an overall excellent time. However there were a few issues that hold me back from giving 5 stars. The main thing is cleanliness. While the place was fine on an initial look, things like significant dirt in the cushions, a blunt left in the backyard, or someone's gum left behind under the couch (as in just sitting on the floor), it wasn't quite there. We also had some technical issues. The hot tub was not functioning properly (though I was given a refund to address this). One of the knobs on the grill seemed to be broken and had flames spewing out of it while it was running. The hosts were excellent to communicate with, and there were no issues there. The location is great, no complaints. The living room feels a tad smaller in person but was still plenty big for my group of 8. The kitchen is very tight and not made for slipping past people.

Final Four Trip

Final Four trip with a large group of guys and we were so happy to find a house to all stay together. Robby and Tracy’s house was amazing! Plenty of room in the backyard for games and loved the pool/hot tub. Grill and kitchen area were great for cooking big group meals together. Also got some competitive games going on the indoor shuffleboard table! They were very responsive to questions and quickly turned on the hot tub whenever we asked. A great house made for a great trip. Thank you Robby and Tracy!
