The stay was great. The housekeeping staff was not courteous or helpful. I dropped my purse and the contents as well as spilled my drink and as they walked by or/and talked with each other as I was checking out hands full, no help. It was a very harsh feeling. In my opinion, what they did was equivalent to seeing me drowning at the beach and not caring enough to even call for help let alone reach out a helping hand. That is the issue in our society too often we pretend not to see someone who needs help so that we don’t have to take the time to evoke a feeling similar to care. Concern. Vulnerability. Society is way too comfortable staying silent while watching someone in need .

Good location for Mayo Clinic visits.

Very good hotel for persons needing to visit Scottsdale and Phoenix Mayo Clinic Campuses. The rooms have small fridges and microwaves set up in an efficient manner for preparing meals and storing foods. The pool area is pleasant and the 24 hour gym is well equipped. There is a full bar which also offers meals during afternoon and early evening hours. The hotel is reasonably priced and the staff are courteous and professional. There are also EV charging stations in the parking lot.
