Beautiful house! Layout of the house is spacious and and it is nicely decorated and well kept. It worked great for our group of 4 couples. Kitchen was well stocked. ( I would have liked full sized ironing board as we were all there to attend wedding and clothes were wrinkled after traveling. )

Labor Day / Hubby’s Birthday

This was a fantastic house for my husband and our siblings to gather at for a Labor Day/ birthday party get together. I highly recommend this spot. It was very clean and let’s be honest the guys loved all the amenities/toys from the garage bar to the grill!

Paradise 😍

I came to Arizona for a girls trip for my 30th bday. I couldn’t have made a better decision for housing accommodations. There is so much I can say to express how amazinggggg the house is. Great location. We didn’t have to drive more than 20-30 minutes anywhere. Quiet neighborhood. The energy in the house was so clear and relaxing. The pictures do not do this house justice. The thought and details put into the house are very apparent. Aesthetics 10/10. Everything was beautiful. Bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, laundry room, backyard, etc. My friends and I were planning our next trip back after the first day. We didn’t want to leave. They were understanding and accommodating as they could be with my last minute late check out request and that’s greatly appreciated. You won’t regret booking with them.

Our stay was amazing! This was a trip with friends we will never forget. The house was beautiful and spacious. The pool was absolutely perfect! The homeowner was great at communicating, and very responsive to questions. The house was clean and organized. We enjoyed being so close to everything. We cannot wait to come back!

Very nice

The property was very nice and just like the photos. Everything thing was clean upon arrival, and the home is very well equipped with almost everything you need for a short or long stay. Please note washcloths are not provided, but there are plenty of towels in the home. The owners are prompt with communication and very polite. There are a couple shopping centers (including a grocery store) within walking distance. We would highly recommend this one!

Perfect Rental for a Getaway with Friends

It doesn't get much better then this rental property! I recently stayed here with friends for a joint 40th birthday celebration and we were really impressed by this home. Spacious, clean, well-stocked and with roomy and comfortable bedrooms along with tons of open space for hanging out, it was truly perfect and exactly what we needed! The pool and outdoor space is also well cared for plus we loved having the outdoor bar area. Excellent location as it's across from a grocery store, close to shops and hikes and a short taxi ride away from Old Town Scottsdale. Highly recommend!

Perfect Property!

This property truly was perfect for our spring break week with the family. From a very spacious layout with four full en suite master bedrooms, to the wonderful pool and outdoor grilling area, we basically had it all. The location was fantastic and close to everything: restaurants, shopping, golf, Scottsdale and downtown. We look forward to a return trip soon!

The home is very nice and clean, and great for 4 adults, as each of 4bdrm had en suite bathroom. Nice living space and outdoor space as well. Location is good value for price -- if you are looking to stay closer to downtown Scottsdale or Kierland the price goes way up for this much space. Would come back and stay again!

Great flow for group trips

We had a great stay in the spacious home with great flow for the group to gather and enjoy each others company. There was also plenty of privacy with nice bedrooms with en suites. Pool and outdoor bar area was very fun! Kitchen had everything you need. Great trip all around!
