A Sophisticated Desert Contemporary with Iconic Mountain Views

This exquisite newly completed renovation will take your breath away! A neutral palette and high style meet comfort at this elegant home. The majestic Sereno Canyon is perfectly framed from the kitchen, family room and pool/BBQ patio. Huge sliding doors allow seamless indoor/outdoor living in the desert. Natural light floods the entire home. The entertainment patio has a sparkling pool, built-in BBQ and bar seating, fireplace and separate firepit, 2 dining areas, chaise loungers, couches, club chairs and ottomans from which to take in the beautiful desert and mountain views in every direction. Very close proximity to miles of hiking/biking trails and many golf courses. Easy access to McDowell Sonoran Preserve Tom's Thumb Trailhead. Free WiFi is the fastest available service from the service provider.

There are 4 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms that have designer fixtures, sinks, tile and lighting: 1 King bedroom and 3 Queen bedrooms. Beautiful views from all bedrooms. All beds have luxurious hotel collection 660+tc sheets and premium bedding.

Relax on the side patio or cozy up to one of 3 gas fireplaces. Splash in the pool or sip your favorite cocktail while grilling and taking in the views.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with professional appliances, including gas range, SubZero refrigerator and two dishwashers. Small appliances include coffee maker with starter coffee/tea, Keurig, blender, toaster, mixer, food processor and more!

POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

Wonderful Home

What a lovely home with beautiful views. Quite street and natural surroundings. We enjoyed walking early morning in neighborhood and sitting around 5 different sitting areas outside in the cool of the evenings. Inside of home was absolutely beautiful and spacious. Our favorite place was in the kitchen and family area with the views out the window of the mountains. Only thing that could be improved was beds in the smaller bedrooms. Very small (full size) would have better if all were queen size in other bedrooms besides master.

This property is amazing, the home, the furniture, the kitchen and all the supplies, the beds are very comfy, the outdoor space, pool, etc all amazing. The location is wonderful, private and quiet. That's the word my husband and I used over and over to describe our stay here. We love this area and its proximity to the hills. The house was METICULOUSLY CLEAN! It is actually nicer than it shows in the pictures. CJ and Jaime were a pleasure to work with . We enjoyed every day of our 20 day stay. Already looking forward to returning!

A Spectacular Property!

There aren’t adequate words to describe this beautiful home. I couldn’t have chosen a more perfect vacation stay property. Every single room from the kitchen to the family rooms to the bedrooms to the outside spaces were so well appointed, so beautifully decorated, and so clean. We wanted for nothing and had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and just hanging out in this beautiful home. The views of the mountains is breathtaking. Also, communication with CJ and Jamie was effortless and they were very helpful and more than willing to answer any questions. Do not hesitate to rent this property. It is spectacular.

The house was clean and provided all that we needed during our brief stay. The one issue we had was that the 3 queen beds were not very comfortable. One box spring we believe was broken and a couple mattresses sagged pretty good. Overall I would recommend this property.

Fantastic property in North Scottsdale

This property is unbelievable. The outdoor space is like your own resort but with complete privacy and great views of surrounding mountains. The location feels remote and secluded yet you have the convenience of restaurants and shopping in North Scottsdale. We have rented a number of vacation houses and this ranks at the top as far as amenities and conveniences. The kitchen is truly equipped with everything you could possibly need. The house itself is extremely well maintained and a pleasure to stay in. The management team could not be more attentive. We had a small A/C issue and it was addressed immediately and without any disruption to our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

AMAZING house! All brand new and super clean with a private pool. It’s soooo quiet and secluded. The only downside is that it’s about a 20 minute Uber to the main spots in town. Other than that, perfect house for a relaxing trip with friends or family!

The pictures don't do justice to this house. Entire home is beautiful and contemporary, but the kitchen/family room area and the outdoor space were the highlights for us. The kitchen is large, open, modern, and has grand floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool and a spectacular desert landscape. Outdoor space is well appointed and comfortable, with a good sized pool. House was spotless, beds were comfortable. It checked every box we could ask for. Very happy.
