Location next to RoRo (Roosevelt Row) in downtown Phoenix is great. The arts district has been upscaled over the past 25 years and is now a destination that includes 4 or 5 brew pubs within 5 blocks, plus some excellent food venues. Raucous area (in a good way) on First Friday Artwalk with vendors, musicians, food trucks, galleries, etc. Try it and you'll like it.

Overall it was good for single traveler. The rooftop hotel and prostitution around it is a matter of concern and due to that Cambria Hotel is not a place to stay along with family

This hotel had very friendly staff and guests. The roof tops is wonderful if your into roof tops. I do. I brought my coffee up in the morning as the doors are not locked.
