Everything was great. However the internet was not working most of the time. The neighbor directly above us was very loud, heavy footed and dropping things all the time.
This one bedroom is a great value and great extended stay for work and play. Nice kitchen, bigger patio, two bathrooms and an office. Underground parking is a plus and the pool area with multiple fire pits and grilling areas is very nice. Nice sized workout room and locker room with steam room. Very close to many things in Chandler including four restaurant and coffee shop next door. It's a luxury property that is comfortable, efficient, and convenient. Would definitely stay again.
This property was just as listed. The neighborhood was close to the expressway for easy travel. There were also many restaurants and some stores within walking distance to the property. I have stayed in condos previously and the noise from other units was a nuisance. This building is very quiet and peaceful. The amenities listed were fully accessible and easy to use.
Liked the location being so close to major roads, large pool and workout room, several restaurants within steps of the building. Did not like the hard-as-a-park-bench sofa, coffee table with wobbly legs, cheap kitchen and bathroom counter tops that were hard to clean. Really didnât like the slow response when we had issues: three weeks plus follow ups initiated by us to get a working tv remote; another three weeks plus follow ups initiated by us to get a window blind fixed; never did get a working vacuum cleaner that was promised; a question we asked twice about hiring a cleaner that never got answered. Also really didnât like the sewer smells that happened on windy or hot evenings that came from the nearby water treatment plant.
The Cays location and common areas are great. Walking distance to restaurants and easy to get to everywhere else. Unit #121 not so great. Although I don't expect the most expensive furniture in a rental, I would classify what this unit had as Dollar Store or Aldi furniture. Wabbly legs, damaged, scratch and old. - This isn't what I'd expect for what we paid. The washer smelled so bad, I had to wear a mask and clean out the filthy water and mold before I could use it. The dryer so loud you could hear it down the hall. Blinds that didn't work in the bedroom and fell down two weeks into our stay. Very disappointing patio with consistent Dollar Store furniture. I could go on, but you get the point. We let Elite know about a list of items that needed repair the day we checked in. After many days waiting and reminding, we purchased things needed fix many of the things on our list. The only action we got was for the blinds after a week without blinds. Too bad because this place has potential. We won't be back.
