Our 74th Street is in a unique cul-de-sac with all higher-end style homes on large lots because it was horse property many years ago. The Casita is detached from our main house, which was built in 1962. Our property has a long driveway; when you pull in and drive past the garage door on the left, there are 2 private parking spaces available next to our welcoming entry gate just in front of the pool, where you can come and go as you please.
