Great Holiday Vacation Spot for family or golf

Had a wonderful week in Surprise! My family and I were down visiting family and we decided to stay here since there wasn't enough room at my parents house. It was a great choice. The house was everthing the description laid out and more. Very clean, modern, in great condition. Location was convenient as well.Chelsea our property manager was very friendly, prompt in returning my texts and proactive. Overall a great experience and can't wait to book it again!Oh and the backyard - pool, hot tub and bbq area was awesome!

Family vacation

The house is very nice. Comfortable and fully stocked with anything you may need. The interior of the home is clean and well maintained. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. We would suggest more frequent maintenance to the back yard amenities. The outdoor kitchen wood bar needs to be replaced. The wood is popping up. Unfortunately the heater went out and we did not get to use the hot tub and bared the cold water of the pool. You absolutely need to pay extra to heat the pool to enjoy it. It is freezing. Overall great place to stay for a family vacation.

Everything we needed was at this property. The pictures don’t do it justice, it was better than expected. Our property manager was a pleasure to work with; helpful, pleasant, and timely. We look forward to booking again in the future!

A wonderful stay

The stay was incredible. The home was gorgeous and the owner was very responsive. The communication with the property management company wasn't great. I had emailed a few questions and it took roughly 3 emails to get my question answered and then it was answered differently by 3 different people that responded at different times. However, don't let that detract from the home. Great location in a gated community. For the time of year we traveled, we did opt for heating the pool for our stay and it worked out perfectly. The putting & chipping was perfect for our teenage boy. The outdoor area was a haven and so relaxing with everything you could need. It was a wonderful stay in Surprise. I would rent this home again in the future in a heartbeat.

This house was fabulous. I always look for a house with a great pool and this was one of the best. Just make sure you know heating the pool is an extra cost. The house and yard were very clean and the house had everything you needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing pool and back yard

Great house, great neighborhood, amazing backyard and pool experience. Beautiful landscaping. Both the kitchen and the outdoor grill area were great for cooking. Outstanding master suite. Property manager is wonderful and helped us with any issue that came up during our trip.

Wonderful stay

Loved everything about the house. Great entertaining space inside and out. Master room on one side of house with additional 3 bedrooms on the other side which was a great set up for us. Beds very comfortable kitchen well stocked and fire pit and grill were awesome. Will definitely look into this home next time we are in Arizona

Awesome place

The pool and hot tub were amazing! had just about any amenity you could need for a vacation rental. I will say if you are going to Arizona during the cooler months, the extra fee to heat the pool is beyond worth it.

Excellent! Lots of WOW factor!

Beautiful, immaculate, and spacious home. We didn’t want to leave! Kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to have some child friendly dishes, we had to get some non breakable cups for the kids. Also the water pressure in the main shower was too hard for everyone, kids had to shower in the master. it was not adjustable. Other than that no complaints! Great home!!

Beautiful home and backyard

Loved the location! Close to hiking, playgrounds, Spring Training parks and grocery/gas. Very clean, spacious home - Four adults and three children, we had plenty of room to hang out. Backyard very nice - Pool heating fee higher than most and they make you do for entire stay so make sure you take into consideration when figuring budget. My kids spent a lot of time in it, but total sticker shock for us. Definitely recommend!
