We had a wonderful stay at clear water oasis!!! Check in was easy! Each room was spacious the Kitchen was well stocked and Pool was wonderful!! We each had a great time! Was located near all grocery stores and the neighbors were very friendly!!

Winter getaway

We stayed for two weeks and it was an excellent location. The White Tank Mountains, Lake Pleasant, Surprise stadium are really convenient to get to. The neighborhood was safe & we enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Convenient to shopping & restaurants.

Great property Owner/Manager

The Owner & her Son were excellent to work with for this Rental. The property was very clean & well equipped. It was really nice to be able to park our car in the garage with over 100 degree heat daily. They made accommodations for our early arrival & late checkout. Their response was timely & efficient. There was a minor issue & they responded promptly & apologized profusely.

Great home! Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores.

Our stay was terrific! Everything was as described. The pictures don’t do the backyard justice. Even our dogs enjoyed the property. The pool was the perfect temperature and there were plenty of shady spots during the day. Tons of space and very nicely decorated. The home had everything you could need. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay

This home had everything we needed for our visit. Plenty of room to spread out, kitchen with all the necessary equipment, comfortable beds, nice layout for spending time together as a family, good central location in Surprise. (Plus the pool table!) The water in the swimming pool was still a little cool for most of us, but that'll change soon. Thanks for hosting!
