Don't stay here if you don't have to. There was no shuttle as described by the property. However, they called an LYFT to come pick me up at the airport. Check-in was easy. However, the room was gross. There was head hair on the sheets and pillows. The neighborhood was trashy outside the hotel, however, it seemed like the industrial area of Phoenix. The foyer smelled like marijuana.

Staff interactions were wonderful, I’ve never stayed at a hotel where each front desk person are so kind. Breakfast could have used more options but it was satisfying. The kitchen person had to come out and help me with the pancake machine and she was was great to me also. I’m going to be traveling from Phoenix a lot and will be staying here before all of my flights. Oh and since their transportation van was out of service to the airport, they paid for my Lyft to get there. Amazing people, great stay!!

I had a reservation at the Comfort Inn on University Dr in Phoenix, Arizona, but my stay did not make me feel safe at all. The "Do Not Enter" sign was hung on my door knob and while I was out for business, the lamp was taken from my room. While management did get me a new lamp, I did not feel that the attempt to find whoever entered my room was sufficient. All of my valuables were in the room out of my luggage as I had the room to myself, and I have no way of checking if anything went missing due to time constraints. As a woman traveling alone this made me fear for my safety, and that this situation was handled unprofessionally.

Pictures are not updated of this location, very deceiving to the point where I questioned we showed up at the right location. Most notable were lobby photos and the breakfast area. Very thin walls, could hear alarms going off in nearby rooms at 6am.

There was no shuttle. They provided a ride through uber or lyft upon arrival at the airport and our return to the airport. Both times the original drivers who were both almost to our pick-up canceled and we had to wait longer for someone else to pick us up. Breakfast was not very hot and staff did not keep the crumbs and such wiped up.
