The hotel appeared well kept and recently updated. The rooms were spacious and provided plenty of amenities. The breakfast was good, and kept hot and constantly restocked. Parking was easy with plenty of spots. It was easy to walk to Walmart, Waffle House, Del Taco, etc.

The young woman who works the day shift and checked me in on 10/1 had the best customer service. She was amazingly sweet and accommodating. I was hesitant to stay at a Days Inn but for the price point, location, and amazing service, it was a great experience. Will be back.

Terrible from the start. I usually don’t leave reviews but I totally got played by this motel. I booked a non-smoking room on Expedia. When I landed in Dallas and showed up, I was told there were no more non-smoking rooms available. I didn’t understand why I was even able to reserve a non-smoking room if they weren’t going to have one. This was not communicated to me upon making the reservation, but it was short notice and I had no other option but to take a smoking room. It was the dirtiest motel room I have ever set foot in. The shower was dirty, the pillows didn’t look like they’d been washed (they were definitely stained with something), and I saw a couple bugs in the room as well. Not to mention the horrid smell from this smoking room that I wasn’t even supposed to be in. Spend a little extra money on a better place to stay so you’re not stuck having to settle at the last minute.
