"Desert Gardens" is a four bedroom, three bathroom home - beautifully remodeled in 2018 it offers resort-style amenities & the comforts of your very own private oasis.

The home is set over two floors and has a grand main living room with a high ceiling and open access to the entertainment room with pool table and a 55-inch flat-screen cable TV - a favorite spot to lounge around inside with family & friends.

On the ground floor there is one full bathroom and a charming bedroom with queen size bed and a stunning view overlooking the pool & backyard.

Upstairs you'll find a beautifully decorated master suite with a generous walk-in closet &
bathroom that includes a spacious walk-in shower with dual shower heads and the perfect size soaking tub to relax & enjoy.

Also located on the second floor there are two more bedrooms - each with one queen and one xl twin bed sharing a large bathroom with double sinks and a shower & tub.

The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with gorgeous granite countertops, wooden cabinetry and open access to the spacious living room & dining table.
For anyone with the desire for a healthy living lifestyle and possibly staying for Medical reasons - this kitchen is carefully equipped to play a key role on your way to recovery and/or provide the must-have items of a health-conscious kitchen such as stainless steel pans, glass containers & storage jars and non plastic cutlery.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Go and enjoy the pool, hottub, patio area, putting green and pool table. Very spacious, has all the amenities. Everything is as-advertised. Mirjam is a very gracious host. She is easy to contact and will respond quickly to any questions you may have.I'd highly recommend this rental. You won't be disappointed.

Not Private & Poor Property Management

1st day we were surprised by landscapers working in the front & back of the house but was not an issue at that time. The day after my mother’s memorial service we planned on unwinding at the pool, but the landscapers returned. We did not feel comfortable using the backyard with them working due to lack of privacy. We stayed in the house. Spoke with the owner & she said that she had to work around the landscapers schedule. We booked well in advance & the landscapers should have came on the next morning when we were leaving.At night the upstairs bedrooms were hot. The owner insisted that thermostat set at 74 degrees was cool, but it was not 74 degrees in the bedrooms! The thermostat is in the small interior hallway. The bedrooms receive direct sunlight but the hallway stays cool. We found portable fans & had to use them with the overhead fans, but it was still hot. After living in Phx. over 20 yrs & returning I didn't expect icy air but comfortable enough to sleep.The downstairs bed fell because a leg was missing & it was propped up by a BEHR paint can that slipped out during the night. The faucet handle in the guest restroom was broken upon arrival. The owner offered to send someone out to fix the faucet & bed, but we were grieving & declined; didn’t want strangers in the house, we just wanted privacy. The fan over the pool table is extremely dangerous as it spins wildly & could break off from the ceiling if left on. Spoke to owner & she said just don’t use it.

Great Vacation Sport in North Scottsdale

We greatly enjoyed this property that is loaded with amenities. The pool, hot tub and putting great were all great for our family. The property is excellently located with easy access to North Scottsdale attractions, shopping and restaurants. This was the perfect vacation home for our family.

Nice location, close to shops and restaurants. The hot tub was broken, very frustrating.

Nice property. Great neighborhood. Extremely disappointed that the hot tub was not working and sent a photo to the hosts number on the app with proof the hot tub was not working. Very surprised that no credit/refund was offered by the host for this inconvenience. Other than that, home was as described. I understand things break and things sometimes are not working, but the fact that no gesture or acknowledgement of the broken hot tub is poor service from a host. I travel a lot and always have had hosts issue a refund, even if it’s a few hundred dollars, it’s the gesture that counts. We spent a lot of money for 4 nights 5 days and came from the east coast for the basketball games and expect better of such a nice property. Will be staying elsewhere next time in Scottsdale.

The house is fine and mostly as advertised. The decor is a little strange but that isn't a criteria for a rental. The main issue our group had was that the hot tub was uninviting. We were looking forward to using it as we come from cold winter places. The water level was low and it was not terribly clean so it wasn't used. Otherwise, the house was fine. I stay in this area pretty frequently and, at this price point, there are better properties in the area. It should suit most peoples needs but it is not one that I would rent again.

Great location! Very spacious - especially the master suite and kitchen. 5-6 TV’s - The outdoor space was amazing… The pool was much larger than expected, and the putting green was an added bonus. We grilled out a couple times and had a blast! We will definitely come back to this location again. Bonus - There’s a very large park about a block away - safe and quiet neighborhood.

Lovely clean, spacious home.

The house was clean and well appointed. The pool was great as it’s a diving pool with a bonus of a hot tub. Fruit trees and a putting green added to our stay and perfectly located. We enjoyed our family vacation at this house. It has all the amenities you need to stay at the house the whole time and enjoy time together. Its only a block away from a great park for kids to play. The only thing is I would say the pool heating was a waste of money. It was warm on arrival but then it wasn’t warm again our whole stay. Even with leaving the cover on for a few days. So I would definitely skip that extra cost.

Winter getaway

Had a great pre-Christmas stay. The house was more than comfortable for our group (up to nine). The back yard was the perfect place to hangout/chill as our kids entertained themselves with all the amenities provided. Location is peaceful and within walking distance to a great park. Huge thanks to Mirjam, she was very helpful, great with her communication and very pleasant to deal with. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fun Family Spot in Scottsdale

We visited Scottsdale over the Thanksgiving break. The property was just what we needed to relax and entertain ourselves. It has plenty of room and lots of beds. The pool table and the terrific backyard got a good amount of use.
