Desert Oasis: Pool ~ Games ~ Fire Pit on Golf Course

Escape to a serene oasis on a golf course in North Phoenix. This spacious home features a pool, game room, outdoor dining space, fire pit, and stunning views. Enjoy plush amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Perfect for relaxation or exploring nearby golf courses, trails, and conveniently located in the middle of all Phoenix has to offer.

Room Accommodations:
Bedroom 1: King bed, full length mirror, master bathroom with walk-in shower, walk-in closet and double vanity. Twin bed trundle.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, work space.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds.

All bedrooms are equipped with premium pillows, linens and sheets, closets with hangers and shelves, nightstands with lamps, and ceiling fan.

All bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Bath towels, hand towels, and makeup towels/washcloths are provided. There is also a hair dryer.

Additional Indoor Spaces:

Game Room: AC will keep you cool while playing the many gaming options. Ping Pong, Foosball table, two standup arcades (Turtles in Time!), and a 55" Smart TV enabled with Samsung Gaming Hub. Connect Four is also located in the game room during the hotter months.

Living Room: 55" Smart TV, board games, large sectional to accommodate all guests.

Dining Room: Dining table with seating for 6. 3 Additional seats located at the kitchen bar.

Kitchen: Stove, oven, coffee maker, Keurig, and fully-stocked with plenty of dinnerware, utensils, pots & pans, plastic cups for the outdoor area and even serving dishes! Kitchen bar with room for 3.

Laundry room: Equipped with washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent, stain remover, and dryer sheets!

Backyard: Fully fenced with a gorgeous view of Cave Creek Golf Course and plenty of space for activities & games. We have cornhole, giant connect four, pool toys and water basketball. We do not allow any glass to be taken outside so we provide plenty of outdoor-friendly plastic cups to enjoy in the backyard space!

Outdoor Seating: The covered patio boasts a 6 person table as well as two chairs at the bar. Both are under the patio lined with string lights providing ambiance for your evening dinner or sunny brunch by the pool. Additionally, we have a massive outdoor fireplace area with seating for 10 people around the bench. We've got the whole crew covered!

Pool: Shallow to deep pool, built-in bench in the deep end.. Lounge chairs to relax & get some sun. Pool lighting for evening dips. Pool towels are provided.

Firepit: Wood burning firepit with seating for everyone beside the glow of string lights. We also provide skewers for roasting marshmallows. Nothing like ending a day of swimming with s’mores! Please respect seasonal burn bans.

No pets allowed: As much as we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets at our home.

No smoking indoors: We do have a noise/smoke detector within the home that will notify us if any smoke is detected and you will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected. If you choose to smoke outside, please remove any trace, as this is a family-friendly home and the last thing we want is for a child to find your trash.

Absolutely 0 tolerance for glass outside: We provide outdoor-friendly cups. You will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected to cover additional cleaning costs. If any glass gets in the pool, you will be liable to cover a full drain, clean, and refill of the pool. Once again, this is a family-friendly home and we need to think about future guests, especially young ones.

Exterior Security Cameras: We have a ring doorbell at the front door and a ring floodlight over the garage. These are put into place for security purposes and to keep track of our cleaning/maintenance crews.
