Incredible house with lots of fun details - heated pool was perfect even for a relatively cool stay in Phoenix, and the hot tub hit the spot especially in the evening. This was a nice hidden gem. The property provided a private swimming area with palm trees and cacti to give it an oasis vibe. Floating in the pool watching the stars above was pretty amazing. Location was great as it was an easy drive to anywhere we wanted to visit. Loved the record player and the vintage vinyl! Communication with Rich was easy and he was very responsive. Would definitely stay again on a future visit.

We stayed at this property for a week…very clean, comfortable, with everything my granddaughters and I needed! The kitchen amenities were plenty, including all necessary utensils. Towels, plenty and clean. Only thing I could recommend would be a few more larger cups or glasses, but this is minor…the location is perfect for exploring in every direction of the greater Phoenix area. The girls did not want to leave. If we return to Phoenix for another visit, we definitely would like to return to Rich’s home.

My wife and I stayed with her parents at the property on Lupine so my mother in law could have surgery. The Best Hist Ever

We had a great time. We have family that live just 2 blocks over so Richard’s place was perfect for us. Loved watching the sky lighten up from the kitchen windows. Beds were comfortable and decor was quirky but fun. He is a wonderful host and quick to answer any questions. Will be back.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

Rich’s place was perfect for our family getaway with the kiddos and grandma. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The house was well equipped and had the best coffee appliance selection of probably any place I’ve stayed! Beds were comfy. Backyard was great. Location is close to lots of shopping and hiking options but on a very quiet street in a nice neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for hosting us Rich!

Girls weekend

My girlfriends and I got together for a long weekend in Phoenix and this property was perfect for our needs. Rich was very responsive with everything from an early check in to a late check out he went above and beyond. The property was within walking distance of a grocery store and multiple restaurants. The hot tub was a nice bonus for after day relaxation. Five stars!
