My friend that I was staying with didn’t have I’d. they would not refund. I stayed alone. Some creepy dude called my room 600 times and knocked on the door 47. I tried to call the office they wouldn’t answer. Was too scared to go outside. It was about 3-5am this was happening. Had to unplug phone. Got no sleep. Terrible experience. Paid for insurance cancellation protection through Travelocity, but since I made room payment to hotel directly, they said no refund would be issued. So now I’m out 90 bucks and I stayed alone and it was a terrible scary experience.

Staff was friendly, but the room wasn't completely ready when they gave it to us. The maid was kind and finished making the second bed, but we ended up four washcloths short (no washcloths) because she never got back to give them to us. the front door wasn't a tight seal and the about "window" opening had a plywood "slide" in it - weakening room security... needs improvement.

Jason at the front desk was awesome and accommodating. My teenage son & I stayed here for 3 nights during a conference . It was centrally located to the airport & conference which was really convenient . The room tidy & clean, the shower was hot, the adjacent rooms were quiet neighbors. I have stayed in "fancier" hotels certainly but if you need a place to stay at night, you will be happy with this hotel.

The dirtiest worst Hotel in Phoenix, do not go there unless you lose a bet. Feet were black walking 2.minutes in room. Checking in there were a cracked out couple behind me arguing for their lives over scratch ticket winnings then receding to the stairwell for sin. This is the type of hotel Selena probably got killed in, dont let it be you!

It was a nice Value hotel. the exterior was rather shoddy, but the room was clean and comfortable. Both the pool and hot tub were open and functional which was a huge surprise. typically at these low budget hotels they advertise a pool and/or hot tub but when you get there they're "closed for repair". Check was quick and easy and the staff were pleasant AMERICANS that I could actually understand and communicate with. My only complaint would be that they charged for WiFi access, but for my stay it wasn't a big deal. i just needed a bed and a shower which they provided at a great price.

The staff probably did fine with what they had to work with. There was a gap at the top and bottom of the door which desperately needs repair. My son got it right by saying "that place is somewhere people go to do unspeakable things." Enough said. We didn't stay and they wouldn't refund our money. We were told that we "owned" the room for longer than 15 minutes so our money was non refundable.
